“My usual auto mechanics shop was too busy to fit me in and I tried this mechanics shop. The owner and staff are friendly enough in the customer service area. They even gave great advice about buying a BCAA membership to get a few free towing to their auto mechanics shop. The BCAA/CAA/AAA membership has other discounts for clothing, restaurants, fast food, hotels, The Source electronics stores, Shell gas stations, etc. That automobile club membership has a lot of usage. Their suggestions impressed me. Where they do lack is in the auto repair jobs speed to completion. They were a little slow compared to some of the other auto mechanics shops. Their work quality is very good.”

“My wife our new puppy and myself were starting our camping trip in our 1987 Volkswagen Vanagon Westfalia and our alternator packed it in. We called BCAA and then Ellice Automotive. Neil gave me excellent advice and told me I could use jumper cables and connect the house battery to the car battery and drive to his shop. We arrived 30 minutes before closing. They diagnosed the issue woking after hours, they didn't have the part for the repair and offered us to camp on his lot so we didn't have to scramble to get a hotel. Our van was repaired by 1:00 p.m. the next day while we enjoyed walking around downtown Victoria. Interesting start to our camping holiday.
