We highly recommend Trail Appliances for your next purchase. The atmosphere is professional, and there is great selection on site. It is tremendously helpful to go to the store to touch, feel and actually see the appliances. We needed a replacement washer and dryer, and were greeted by Shaylene when we arrived. She provided a wealth of expertise, listened to our priorities and space requirements, and was able to help us make our final decision. We’ll be back!

Just bought a dishwasher. Hugh selection and No High Pressure Sales! They arranged for a 'below market' install via ASAP Appliances. Very happy with the sales and service.

Purchased a Frigidaire wall oven over a year ago for my new construction home. The oven hasn't worked since day one and is also missing a part. The repair technician came out but said both parts are backordered with no estimated supply date. Trail has done nothing, Electrolux have done nothing but give me the run around. Extremely unhappy customer.Oh, and as an update - now they're offering to give me my money back as a store credit. After a year of being without an oven, taking multiple days off work to meet with technicians, not to mention countless hours on the phone with customer service. They expect me to give them another $1000 to purchase the new model because parts aren't available for the one I purchased. What is the point of an extended warranty if there are no parts available to repair? It's a complete scam.

I have purchased quite a few appliances over the years from Trail both for my businesses and personal and always picked them up myself. This time I was purchasing for my Victoria condo and needed an install and take away full service. Trail included delivery but I lined up ASAP for the gas range annd microwave install. The ASAP part was great but the install guys doing the take away and new appliance delivery didn’t protect my floors and scratched it in two places fairly deep.I didn’t notice the scratches until the guys left. I took a picture of each and called the salesman. I was heading to the ferry so couldn’t get the images to him until later that week.That was when I realized how bad their customer service really is. I acknowledged I made mistakes:1. I signed off before doing a thorough inspection but they were in a hurry to get out and I assumed they hadn’t scratched the floor; and2. I should have installed protective coating on the floor now that I know they don’t do any protective measures to ensure they don’t scratch the floor.The head office woman sent me back an email essentially accusing me of scratching my own floor and that I signed off there was no damage so nothing she could do. I said I sent you the pictures, called the salesman right after I found the scratches, the appliances were already in place so how could I scratch them unless I took them out and reinstalled them. She was very dismissive and said the pictures didn’t show much (see attached images). She essentially called me a liar.In conclusion if you are picking up your own appliances or using ASAP third party then go ahead but if you use their guys, assume you have to do all your own protection and Trail won’t stand behind their work.This is the last purchase I will make from Trail for both my businesses or my personal home.

Very poor communication and customer service. Delivery dates were pushed back multiple times due to lack of product availability. The only way I found out about these changes was by calling for an update. I had to book off two days off work in preparation for a delivery that never happened.

I was disappointed with my most recent experience. I purchased 6 appliances from Trail 9 years ago and had an amazing experience. I need a new range now so I went back to Trail because my previous experience was so excellent. The sales associate that approached me seemed to be uninterested in helping me. Didn't ask any questions, pointed and said this is all we have, didn't explain the different features of each, didn't seem interested in listening to me when I explained what I was looking for. I felt like I was taking up his time, and he didn't want to be assisting me. Hopefully, if I decide to go back in future, there will be a more helpful sales associate to assist.

I have purchased five appliances from Trail. My stove fridge and dishwasher were purchased within the last two months. My sales person was Jen Jones. The selection in Trail Appliances is overwhelming. Jen walked me through my options to help me decide what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with my purchases and highly recommend Trail Appliances. And if you want a great salesperson ask for Jen Jones.

We purchased appliances for a new house from Trail appliances. Our sales rep was Karan Parekh. The experience was excellent. We found the communication open and insightful and we were comfortable with our purchases. It took much longer to finish the house than planned. Karan/Trail were supportive and helpful through the process - which ended up lasting 1.5 years! We always felt we were a priority for them and would certainly speak with them first if we ever do this again!
