went in today to check out the full store and was disappointed by the prices - the prices for most things are WAAAY above MSRP. Do not buy toys here, you're way over paying. For example, Ninja Turtle Pizza Van at Walmart and Amazon is $65 while Uptown Toys R Us is $75. That's the situation for every item I looked at. I don't understand the mark up. The Toys R Us in Nanaimo is not like this. It's a shame, I was looking forward to shopping here.

The carts don't have a spot for your kid to sit. Good luck getting parents to shop there. Ridiculous choice on the managers part.

I went to Mayfair to look for legos . On a Sunday . I was helped by a young man named « Sam » . He was very helpful and very nice and obviously cared about what he was doing. Thank you for the help sam my kids will be very happy .

New ToysRUs opening at Uptown mall in Victoria, BC in Oct. So called the number & answering machine does NOT say it is closed & not open yet. Also google says it’s open. So mad that we drove all that way on friday Oct 20, 2023 to find out the store hasn’t opened it’s new doors yet. Total fail on whoever set up too early the phones & websites. I wonder how many other people wasted gas going there like we did.
