“We stumbled across this little shop on our summer vacation 2022 and decided we absolutely needed to gift this to my dad who was also traveling with us. Those puzzles are just absolutly georgeous. Not only was the store owner super friendly and secretive, she also let me stay in the store after closing time because the puzzle we wanted to buy was not available right now but came with the restock after closing that evening, which was super forthcoming.So when Christmas had arrived and we've long been home in Germany, we noticed that a puzzle piece was missing from our wonderful puzzle. And again, the moment I contacted them about it, they were super friendly and helpful and sent us the one missing piece to Germany at no cost at all.I am amazed by the quality and beauty of those puzzles and the next time I'm in Victoria, I will absolutly buy another one.”

“This is a beautiful place to stop while in the Oak Bay neighbourhood. There is a wide selection of toys for every child. The toys are interesting, unique, and some are even educational. There is a life-size playmobil statue in the store which is a wonderful feature. There where affordable, adorable stuffed animals, outdoor toys, and classic toys that most adults would recognize from their childhoods'. They had a great accessory selection, which included included elegant tiaras. This store has toys for children of all ages, and the staff was friendly and helpful.”
