Did some shopping at the store and the staff was very helpful and understanding as we came in at the last hour for buying a couple suits and were there after hours as well for sometime. Kudos to the clearance sale and the helpful staff at hillside.

I just bought a tux here today. I had an older gentleman help me. He was friendly and professional and was a great help. I was a bit worried about coming here due to some negative reviews but it was a great experience. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Niki took such good care of me last year that I came in this week and asked for her again. She had me sized, fitted and out the door with 2 suits purchased and ready to be adjusted in 20 minutes. I got a great deal on 2 name brand suits, great sale! I took some of her cards to pass around to the gents in the office. Take that Moore's!

This place is a shell of its former self, I used to shop here regularly but no more. Average collection and staff that hesitates to make eye contact or even greet!! Well, time to buy someplace from now on :)

I had pretty much the exact same experience as ff6631 gmail below. I ended up buying a suit but will not be returning in the future due to the poor customer service.

Came on a mission Sunday for a dress coat, met with no greeting, no service, nothing. All 3 behind the counter. Female working wouldn't even smile or make eye contact. Ya lost money there and my busines guys. No wonder there's no one in the store.... note for the District Manager, they close their doors early, very off putting and it sets a tone for the customers that they are not welcome.... spent 500 at the bay instead

I had a wonderful time interacting with Harsh, the manager at Hillside Tip Top while I waited for my friend to finish shopping. He is a kind, charming person who works hard to give his customers a good experience. He is also desperately looking for employees! Please go apply if you need a job!

Staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, they worked with me to exchange a piece that didn’t fit for something that suited (see what I did there) my needs perfectly!

Horrendous experience for my fiancé and I. We went in looking for the wedding package, and we thought we were an inconvenience to the staff. My 3 groomsmen who are my stepchildren were mildly insulted (staff told my 26 year old to get a size up since he will probably keep growing…told my oldest to take his shirt off in the store when he didn’t have anything underneath and exclaimed “it’s okay he’s a guy, he can do it” and called my youngest a tall skinny boy). My fiancé also told staff he didn’t need a suit, and wasn’t necessary to measure him and they started putting the tape measure around him and said “oh you’re big!”. We were ready to walk out several times (but really loved the suits) we had issues with our billing, staff couldn’t keep suits organized, staff was rolling their eyes, stomping feet and arguing amongst each other. We had to correct a lot of billing errors that were made. After 2 hours of being in the store we finally left with our suits. If you want a good experience picking out suits for a wedding party, do not go here!

One incredibly unhelpful staff member. I went with the groom and 2 groomsmen looking to buy suits and felt like we were a burden. Heavy sighs, questions ignored, and just incredibly dismissive of our choices. Very pushy and disappointed that she made this experience so horrible. Needless to say we did not buy anything.

Warning The sales lady is the worst I have ever dealt with. After waiting hours to try the suit on when we went to pay for it. She told another customer to try ours on for size. I can't believe it. He was a Big sweaty guy with greesy hair. BAD BAD USELESS SERVICE. waisted our time. Is finding staff so hard these days they will hire absolutely anyone.Negative 10 if possible

I came in unsure of what I was looking for but Ying and Koshure were their for assistance, they were both beyond helpful. A very pleasant experience overall, will be back again soon!

The manager was very helpful in getting our groomsmen their suits, even a last minute one for a latecomer. The wedding package is a perfect all-inclusive pricing

Two low quality male staffs working at 4pm on Dec 8th, 2022.My wife visited to find a sweater as a gift. Since there was n o model doll with the sweater as well as mirror, she asked an employee to keep and show the whole part of the sweater. And he suggested that he tried to put on and my wife agreed. But then he said ''I should charge for that.'' That was not funny at all to her and she felt uncomfortable.The price tag was not taken off by the employees although it was for a gift. Such a poor customer service.
