Horrible service. The super skinny lady who who clearly has a drug problem is always extremely rude to people for no reason. Constantly muttering things under her breath at customers. Giving them attitude for absolutely no reason. She was shaming me recently for waiting for 1 of the machines that had a longer wash cycle. Saying " it really makes other people wait when you choose the long cycle". I'm not doing anything wrong in that scenario. She's just a nasty person who is constantly and needlessly rude to everyone she talks to.

Dropped off a two piece suit and dress shirt and they lost the shirt but still charged me for it. Had to go hunt it down at another dry cleaner location which had it for some reason.

Horrible experience. They don’t even accept loonies, so I had to put $14 in quarters into the machine just so wash my clothes. I felt like I was gambling in a casino for hours

Amazing service . The lady in the front (Jonah) was really helpful and friendly. Got a washer and dryer available as soon as i walked in . Pleased with the way she handled everything and provided me great support. Coin change facility available on site. Heads up to the lady for her service. Will definitely return back ??

I have used the pickup/delivery option, as well as the drop off option. Jen was very helpful and the 4 large loads of drop off laundry were done quickly and efficiently. With the pickup/delivery option I also utilized the tailoring service, having simple hems done on cropped pyjamas so length was not a critical factor. The hemming service was very reasonably priced.

These pictures lie and must have been taken after opening because it's a dump. This place is horrible.Most machines are out of order, expensive and very old machines, take cash cause they don't help you with coins and extremely poor attitude of staff.Avoid this place at all cost.

Too expensive. Also not open at 8am not worth $18 for a load of laundry. I feel like employee should be here 30 mins before open.

Rude workers towards us when we wanted to do our families laundry here got sent else where to get change to use their machines as they rudely told us they don't have any for us just for the day for them, had the nerve to snap at my 2 children and took my clothing out of a machine n said others need that machine, will never come back to these rude old people again

Dropped off a large load of heavy items (blankets, comforters, etc) along with miscellaneous regular laundry here. Friendly staff, good service, and just over 5 hours from drop off to pick up of washed, folded and sorted items. Very happy with the results!
