I wanted to give a good review for this store, as it is in such a cute location (Fan Tan Alley) and I found a super high quality umbrella. The owner was very friendly and helpful to me and my friends.

The owner was extremely lovely and helped us out last minute to get some quality umbrellas for our wedding. They really made the ceremony go extremely smoothly in the rain and everything looked amazing!

i tripped right outside the store after buying an umbrella and the staff there was super sweet, helped clean and bandage my injuries and stayed with me until i could get a ride. also i’m very excited to use my umbrella.

My friend and I popped in here on Thursday and what a cool little place. The woman was extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up getting a kid's umbrella for myself since it was clear and it'll help me when cooler and rainy days return. Thank you. :)

Amazing customer service and communication! We needed repairs on both our umbrellas and The Umbrellatorium went above and beyond to help us out. This is a business we are going to happily purchase from again next time we visit Victoria.

Unique store with a carefully chosen portfolio of umbrellas just in the heart of Fan Tan Alley. You can see and feel that Lyra and Veronica just love what they do. One of the best customer experiences I ever had.

I had an amazing experience finding this unique and exquisite shop. It is located in the very narrow fan tan alley. Veronica was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I bought an orange umbrella as it my favorate color. Amazing service.
