Be warned if you are buying an item online from this store and need to cancel, they charge you cancelation fee.
I made an online order, close to $100 value yesterday, but soon after decided that maybe I could rather visit the store later to see and buy the item directly. I called the store requesting canceling my order within less than an hour of placing the order, and explained the reason. The staff said they charge 2-3% cancelation fee but I noticed today that they actually charged almost 4%.
It is rather rare these days that store charging cancelation fee especially when customer quickly requests cancelation with a valid reason. This experience questions the integrity of customer care of this store, and I no longer am certain if I want to go back there and continue the shopping that I did not finish.

Broad selection of Italian ceramics and kitchen ware. Super friendly and helpful staff. We bought 8 pasta bowls and 4 serving bowls and had it shipped to Boston. The items were well packed and all in prime condition upon arrival.

My Mom and aunt visit Victoria at least once a year. And when they do, they always bring me back a special package including some of your amazing spices! This little treasure of a store is at the back (north side) of the Bay Centre in Downtown Victoria. Interesting kitchen gadgets, amazing balsamic vinegars such as orange and lemon, dried ground up orange rind (usually very hard to find), dishes, linens and many imported condiments grace the shelves. Owner and workers are a delight to talk to. They can share many experiences about their products!

Wonderful customer service, and the store itself is beautiful. Fantastic unique handmade pieces -dishware, serveware, glassware. Fantastic selection of Italian specialty foods, and an entire selection of spice and rubs. Could purchase everything in here!!
