We were able to find mostly everything we needed! And some surprises on sale! We had some questions about insulation boards! Took a min to find a employee, who further got Steve from this department! He was so helpful, informative, and friendly! Had to give him a shout-out for his amazing customer service!

Again, forced to fulfill a major contract elsewhere, due to stock shortage. This location consistently trains contractors to purchase elsewhere.

I love Home Depot. Big fan of their return policies, friendly staff and wide selection. However, this particular Home Depot had a very unfriendly employee working at the Return counter. Made my visit unpleasant.

Dealing with Home Depot Langford has been a horrible experience and I will never recommend them to anyone. The rating scale should have an option for zero stars. Staff we dealt with were rude and completely incompetent. In hindsight, we should have gone elsewhere to purchase our new fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave.

They had the things in stock that I needed. Langford will always have what you need. The shelbourne store has nothing or not enough of what I need. I live in Saanich and drive to Langford every time

I just dealt with Hannieh (I hope I spelled her name correctly) in customer service.
She was one of the nicest most lovely people I’ve dealt with in some time. A sincerely amazing customer service representative. This kind of individual deserves recognition!
