We've been visiting The Foam Shop for years, usually when we think there's likely no solution to a challenge and hope they can help. And they've always come through. Always.
Our experience today was one where we asked ourselves after another expert solution found and beautifully executed, "Why didn't we just come sooner?"
Tyrell and the team are well-spoken, they listen carefully, and not only do they know immediately the solution that will work best and last longest, they take exceptional care in doing their work so we always leave with the problem solved, not with another one created.
The Foam Shop -- and this kind of business that solves problems and makes one's home livable -- are vital to us all. The work done here, and the good people who do it, have once solved a challenge with care and distinction, and have helped make our home more livable, too.
At the end of the day, you hope they know just how much of a difference they make, and that at the end of their day, they're as thoroughly satisfied as their customer are.

I called to enquire about doing two new seat couch cushions. I spoke to a really knowledgeable staff person that gave me accurate timing for when I can expect the job to be finished. I dropped them off and within three hours I had the questions back completed and they wonderful was exceptional service. Can’t say enough about it, thank you.

Probably the worst experience at a store in my life. I went in to purchase some bags of fill for my couch cushions. The staff tried to convince me that it was not what I needed. Even after explaining that it was In fact the look I was going for. Then I asked if I didnt open the bags and decided after one bag that it was not the look I wanted they let me know I couldn't return the bags. I said that was fine then I would take the 4 bags that I had on the counter and give it a try. Then the one staff member says," oh actually I can only let you have 3 bags as I just remembered that somebody called this morning and asked for these, so I can only give you 3 bags" Meanwhile I had already picked them up off the shelf and had them on the counter to pay for them. So basically this guy "just remembered" that somebody had called and asked for bags to be set aside? Meanwhile I am a paying customer standing in the store wanting to purchase the items that were on the shelf?! I left and purchased nothing and made my way to The Foam Zone, where they don't treat customers like an inconvenience. Completely mind boggled that anyone would purchase anything from this store.

I was so disappointed with my visit to the Foam Shop last week. I paid $68.92 for an off-cut piece of eggshell foam for my medium-sized dog bed. This was more than I paid for the bed just six months ago. The employee/owner? told me that they sell off-cuts when available at "next to nothing" and then proceeded to retrieve a small off-cut from the off-cut cubby next to the till..The piece was nearly the exact size (36"x29") I requested. He cut off a couple of inches on one side and maybe an inch on the other. I foolishly said nothing, paid the bill and left. I always strive to support local businesses but I will never walk in those doors again. Buyer beware folks.

No returns on foam products for hygenic reasons but they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. David did a great job.

After having the foam I bought from them for a while now I am very pleased with how great it is and how comfortable it has made my repair. The service was friendly and would totally buy from here again. only down side was the price but you truly get what you pay for.

Went in to have new foam put in my couch cushions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Showed me samples of my options....gave me pricing options. Even changed the cushions on their couch so I could try out the different thicknesses and firmness. Cushions were ready in 2 business daysWould totally recommend!

Don't bother with this shop! Place is missing quality customer service. I had a cover made which does not fit at all and there is no willingness to right the mistake. I have been told it is the customers responsibility to make sure all the measurements are done right - apparently as a customer you sign and agree on the measurements taken and take the full responsibility for the outcome?!

After searching extensively, we found exactly the right foam for our couch re-upholstery at the Foam Shop. The store was well-organized and they had a wide sampling of high-quality products to try-out and choose from. Above all, we appreciated the friendly service, expert advice and the uncomplicated selection process. Our visit to the Foam Shop was a pleasant and rewarding experience.

I was amazed by the help in creating a perfect pillow that had a hole in the middle for my head. it helps my neck pain soo much. I highly recommend it.
