We just bought some furniture from Brick, our helper Grahame went above and beyond helping us. He explained all the details of the product to us and helped us setting up a payment plan. Overall a very positive experience, will definitely consider Brick for future purchases.

Terrible customer service, we specifically asked for the items to be set up and they said yes, but when I got the items, it was not set up. Also when I was trying to pay at first, they cheated on the price and overcharged us .. when I noticed that, and tell them, that’s when they fix it..be careful with the Brick..awful service..will not return

The delivery guys were very careful on the appliances in putting them in place! Very efficient and came on time, they phone me a day before gave the time frame for the delivery and 5 mins before they phone again.
