I was in this store on Saturday, May 4th mid morning and I was amazed with how unprofessional and rude one of the staff members was. She immediately death stared us as we walked into the store, then proceeded to stand right beside us and stare at what we were looking at, no hello and no welcome. We were looking at the lipstick tints and my friend was going to buy one so she opened it half way to make sure it had not been tampered with before buying the product. As soon as it was slightly opened she yelled at us "Do Not Open My Products" In an extremely rude voice! We told her we were making sure it was still in good condition and she snapped at us again. Because of the rude behaviour we no longer wanted to buy the product then as soon as we put it back on the shelf she pushed my friend and snatched the lipstick then proceeded to say she couldn't sell it because we touched it. I am unbelievably upset over this interaction as I have been a customer for many years and the only products I put on my face are from the body shop. Something needs to be done here! Your customers should feel welcome and not targeted and stared at.

Heads up for others:I called to ask about using a gift card. Was told the system is down and she didn’t know when it would be back up.I called customer service as I was pretty sure I could not use it, since the company has filled for Bankruptcy/ Insolvency. Customer service told me until further notice, the Company will no longer be honoring gift cards.

First time in this location store, employee made it easy to receive my birthday redemption and I got what I needed. Not use to this location but it seemed smaller than hillside?Other than that. I love the body shop!

Brenda, you are a STAR.We have never been treated so kindly at an outlet. Most folks wouldn’t even bother assisting, let alone answer your questions. Brenda not only stuck to us showing various products and encouraging us to try them out, she also shared her own experience using these products and her suggestions! Our purchase was small but we will surely return. Thank you!!

I really like the shower gels & lip glosses & lipsticks from the Body Shop. And I appreciate that they do no testing on animals.
