They just want you to sign off on the plans they offer, customer service was lacking, everything I said was wrong and they were right, lack of assistance navigating and only answers phone calls when they want your money. Got called to pay a bill but they hang up on me when I attempt to pay it. Telus services are losing my trust in customer services.

Highly impressed with the service we received. Ethan was attentive and patient in setting up our new accounts and explaining the process for transitioning from our previous mobile provider. This was a really pleasing introduction to Telus Mobility. Well done!

Ported my number over from Rogers, I was told about a few promo deals that was SUPPOSED to cut my monthly bill in half. A week later I got my first bill and it was a full months worth of services, the “promo deals” weren’t promotional so they were taxed and I was told if I signed up for online security, the connection fee would be waived and I could cancel it after the first month which turned out to be not true. If you sign up, you have to STAY signed up otherwise if you cancel it, you’ll get slapped with the connection fee even if it’s six months down the road! TLDR: don’t believe everything they try to sell you in the store, always check your first bill to see if what they’ve sold you is actually applied!

In stark contrast to the terrible service I had just received at the Uptown store, Ethan at Hillside did a wonderful job to try to correct issues I was having with my fairly new phone. He did his best to understand my problem, and he explained what setting changes he recommended and why. Thank you, Ethan.

Had a great experience here. Ethan helped me get a new phone set up for the best possible deal. He was very friendly and helpful and helped me even though I got there close to their closing time. Thanks Ethan you're the best. I'll be sure to recommend friends and fam to use this Telus location.

This Telus location was super helpful in troubleshooting the issues I was having with my SIM card. Sayla, the customer service rep at this store who helped me, was particularly knowledgeable and understanding of my issue and got it resolved quickly and without any hassle.

Ethan at Telus Hillside mall victoria is amazing , went above and beyond the call of duty to help a senior I was almost in tears when I came in and left the store feeling happy and relieved , I highly recommend his services and as he was able to sort out my very complex issue

They don't keep to their contract. Different inflated bills every month. Each time have to call with long wait . Still same issue after. Tiring and frustrating!

LOL the staff here are not interested in retaining customers….My upgrade is up and I asked what options were. Was told to stay with Telus I would need to pay 5 dollars more a month to stay.I said I don’t want that.Was told;That’s your call.Well Telus, see yea it’s been nice. ??
