Return policy! You can return only eligible items, and even if it is eligible, you never get your money back, can only exchange. I would give less stars only for it, but do not want to get it mixed with the store rating. Used to like them for when you have to buy something not too expensive for an event or even for the office, but probably today was the last time shoppung with them.
First they don't except dress returns, and my dress arrived after event. Anyway, it is nice and I will just wear it for New Year.
But now one can not even retun jacket for example, only exchange it. Not that I do it often, but I like to have the freedom of giving smth back, if after trying it at home or with some accessories it doesn't fit in the end. Or when it arrives too late for the event (more than a week, though the website states 2 business days).

Had a lovely experience shopping here after work. I was asked if I wanted to start a change room with the clothes I was holding while shopping. Found the items I wanted. Was offered a loyalty card that actually ended up saving me money off my total. Really happy with this shopping experience.

Terrible customer service! It was my first time there, and it would be last time. Do not waste your time going to this store. I purchased a couple of items and paid for them, but their system was broken, and they told me they have not received the money, although it was deducted from my bank account, and I showed them. So they did not give me my items and asked me to wait 2-3 days. Their behavior wasn't respectful at all. Even after 3 days, when they called me to receive my items, their service was terrible. They did not even put my items in a bag. Also, they did not even bother to apologize for making me wait 3 days to get the items that I have paid for. Will never go back to that store. Even one star is too much for them.

So we just visited this suzy store with our family, the girl named Hetvi was acting so rude and was making really beard face expressions, seems like she doesn’t want to help any customer at all…Even she said to other employee”That she can’t handle it anymore “ which is totally unacceptable.Looks she was totally unhappy with our existence.Then assistant manager handle the issue really well. Overall this was really frustrating for us..and we would never recommend anyone to go at this store..

Terrible customer service, the staff wasn’t friendly. ( they even do the side eye with me so many times when I tried to ask them to go to the fitting room, that is a disrespectful and rude act) fashion is also old. I never said complain about anything online but this is a reminder if u don't want a bad experience shopping here. ( H&M is better and it is just next to it)

Don't shop here if you expect any service. It's to the point where other customers were helping get things down off the top because employees are no where to be found. The store is a mess, disorganized and mixed all within eachother. I miss le Chateau so much, but I don't know if I can stoop this low to buy clothes...

The store itself is fine but agree with previous reviews about the customer service. Knocking extremely loudly on me in the fitting room (without saying a single word) so much that you startle me just to "check if someone is there", is not only unprofessional but completely senseless. You could have just asked, gently knocked and followed it by a question, or looked at the bottom of the door to check if the room is occupied (the doors do not reach till the floor and you could easily see people's feet). Even the customer in the room next to me was scared from how aggressive it was. I also agree with the previous comments, there was at least 4 staff working and no one checked in at all (despite there being only a couple other customers).

More than 50% of their lights were off. Adjacent stores no issue with lights. When I asked staff why more than 50% of their lights were off, they offered no explanation. It was dark, difficult to the see fashions and a very poor shopping experience. Why bother to have the doors open. Turn off all the lightsand you can save even more money on electricity and staff with customers.
