The selection and style at this store is really good and the sales people are not pushy. However buyer beware! ‘Regular’ price posted was exaggerated and ALL SALES ARE FINAL even if the ‘on sale’ $4k chair arrives with cosmetic flaws and the replacement one comes broken. Marc was uncooperative in replacing the first chair, I had to really push for it, and then was unwilling to return the broken chair. He kept pointing to the ‘all sales are final’ policy and insisted I deal directly with the manufacturer. Thankfully the owner at Ashley furniture (also owns Standard) hesitantly agreed to take the chair and refund my money once he learned about the reclining mechanism defect the manufacturer admitted to.

The team at Standard Furniture were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Our bar stools and dining rooms chairs look fabulous and were a great deal. I was happy that I never felt pressured from any sales person as I have felt in other stores. Standard Furniture was delightful to deal with. Thank you!

Sales staff will tell you Natuzzi couch has a 10 year warranty on the frame. However actually LABOUR on repair is only covered for ONE year!
After that they only cover the cost of the wood!! The charge for repair man STARTS at $110.00 just for service call. Note frame looks like real wood but side supports are fiberboard. This is more Natuzzi’s fault than Standard but don’t fall for hype.

Grabbed a floor model chair for a great price and drooled all the way in and out past the very attractive furniture they had set up all over. If I can ever bring myself to buy new and not used, I'll be sure to check here first.

I bought a sectional couch from this store, custom made. Couch arrived with damage to cushion cover. I was also misinformed that I could have ordered the couch to a different configuration. Standard furniture was not willing to take back or work with me to achieve the true measurements I was hoping to get.I found out by calling two different furniture stores that sold this line of couch after. It was very disappointing to have paid 4K for a couch to later then find out I was misinformed and mislead.They were able to get the couch cover replaced by the manufacturer however never called me when the cushion cover arrived so I never got the fixed one. I dropped by the store to see if it had arrived and they pushed me off to customer service, which I found to be quite rude.They have beautiful furniture in the store but be prepared to be sure about your purchase and don’t expect much customer service after or ability to return or exchange.I understand stores have guidelines for return policies but after spending so much money - I definitely would have thought they would have been more accommodating. After all reputation is everything in retail.
