Special shoutout to Carlos who has been incredibly helpful when stringing/demoing/purchasing racquets and very generous with his time when educating me about their products.My only criticism is the FINAL SALE return policy for items on sale as I think it has prevented me from making a few shoe purchases here, but this qualm is definitely not enough to deduct a star.”

“We got a few things there. One item needed to do an alteration. Got it bacl and was not at all impressed with the job done by the seamstress . I could have done a much better job doing it myself. Something was done that I didn't asked for and now I have to undo what was not requested. But quality of the products and customer service are both excellent. If you need alteration on your clothing, take it to a professional.”
“I really love their REGEAR program, where you can trade in a previous high value jacket for a discount you can apply to next purchase. Similar to Apple iphones.
I got their new Fissle SV jacket here. I really like the pink purple color. However, it stains quick though, so I recommend sticking with black if you are an outdoorsy and bicycling person.
Another thing is the external material doesn’t seem to bead off water as good (where water slides off). Versus the waterproof stuff I get from MEC for a fraction of the price, water slides off great with MEC.
Staff were mostly university students, pretty chill.

“On my way down island to play at westhills, my son decides to tell me he needs his skates sharpened. I dropped in to see if I could get them sharpened right away as the game started in 25min!! The staff were right on it. I was walking out the door 10 min later with perfectly sharpened skates. Huge Thank you!!”

“Went into warrantee a few items and had awesome customer service in helping me fix a couple holes I had made in my jacket and ski pants. Took a little bit to get my puffy back from repairs but they did a fabulous job at fixing the wear I had accumulated over the 4 years I have had the puffy for so far (big yay for stores that support the longevity of their product :) ). Sure its pricey stuff (what isn't these days) but the elementsinc. website always has sweet deals that make it more affordable for me (got their highest end ski jacket for 60% off last year!!) and all my gear has lasted ages! “My experience is solely based on the service that I received from Prapti at this location a couple of weeks ago (sorry for the late feedback)
I was browsing the store and about to leave when I met Prapti. She was exceedingly kind and approachable. After speaking with her for a few minutes and letting her know that I was on my way out she tried assisting me again and I ended up making the purchase. She made me feel valued as a customer, she was empathetic and understanding with a great sales touch. Not enough businesses have people like Prapti working for them these days. She is the kind of employee that helps build loyal customers, which are rare now.
