I recently went into Sleep Country Langford and had the pleasure of meeting Pindy. Pindy took the time I needed, listened to my needs and was very knowledgeable on the products. I didn't feel rushed or pressured which is one of the main reasons I stayed in the store and took my time to choose the right mattress for me.
I have had the mattress for a week now and it is working out great!
Thank you Pindy for your 10 star customer service! I will be telling my friends to go see you should they need a new mattress!!

Can’t say enough about how amazing shopping for a new mattress was with Pindy. He took the time to show us a range of mattresses while taking our budget into account. When we finally found the perfect one for us he got us an incredible deal with their current back to school pricing and after finding out we had just moved here and were using a rental, spent about 20 minutes calling around to try to get our mattress delivered same day. When that couldn’t be done, he personally picked up our mattress from the warehouse and delivered it to us next morning. Best customer service I’ve received anywhere. Will be going back to see him for any future bedding needs and recommending him and Les often.

Bad customer service and very poor comfort warranty, don’t fall for it. Once you buy and pay and it’s done than don’t expect service after that. They give 100 days comfort warranty but don’t really have anything what you want and in exchange there are expensive products that you have to pay for. Really disappointed and few of my friends were looking to buy mattress but I told a big no to sleep country. No picking phones and no follow up for after sales.

I was in severe back pain and decided to buy a new bed. It was a snap decision with zero planning and great urgency. Pindy went above and beyond arranging same day delivery and takeaway of my old mattress after helping me choose the proper mattress for my needs. I highly recommend the Langford Sleep Country store.

Great experience. Brandon was a tremendous help in finding my fiance and I a new mattress and pillows.
When the mattress was delivered, Jeff and his helper were friendly and professional. The two of them were very respectful of my home and my new mattress. I couldn't believe how fast they moved up my stairs.
Thank you all, will 100% be buying from Sleep Country again.

I had Les as a salesman and despite some of the challenges (I forgot I had fraud alert on my accounts and they use a different financing place in store then online) he was able to solve everything and gave me some bonuses which I'm thankful for. Also. I'll be back in the next couple of days to buy more from him. Now that we both know what's going on! Haha ? he is the best. Knows about the products and was committed to getting me what I wanted.

Didn't honour warranty. In-house warranty pre-approval staff denied a warranty claim with clear evidence of an almost 2" dip (shoulder impression) after 10 months of use, with no explanation despite follow up phone calls asking for one. Was told a "manager would review" and never heard anything more. 0/10, will never go back.
