I recently purchased a sofa bed & was treated to exceptional customer service from the sales staff (thank you Tessa!), right through to the delivery. Not to mention the quality of the sofa bed is superior to the ones I looked at at other stores, and the price was comparable as well.

My husband and I were in the Langford Store on November 26,2023. We were looking for an apartment-sized sectional. We had been to six stores that day because we drove from Nanaimo. All of the stores had the bulky old-fashioned furniture that I really dislike.We saw several pieces in the store we liked but we couldn't get the colour or delivery date etc. We spent almost two hours with Tessa Baker who was extremely patient while we whittled down what might work for our small condo. I can't speak more highly of her professionalism and her very helpful suggestions. She gave me some new ideas and although we spent quite a lot of money for us but I know we got quite a good deal with Tessa's help.

I cannot give it any more stars as I have not yet received our product, but the shopping experience was very good. Sales staff know when to come in with information and when to leave you alone. We were looking for furniture for a small space and found here what we could not find elsewhere. The store is located outside of the major city so the display room is enormous, the downside is that their delivery charges are pretty high, so if you have a friend with a truck, be nice to them. Items seem to be reasonably priced for the product and there is a lot to choose from. Staff stay in touch and follow-up throughout the process. I would shop here again

I have never shopped here before, and now I never will based on the following HARASSMENT:For the past week I have been getting phone calls regarding a delivery for "Don" - I am not Don. I am not "Dawn" either. I have told both the man and the woman that call me that they have the wrong number, yet I still and being harassed by their constant phone calls and voice mail. They persist even after I have blocked their number, somehow they're still able to leave a voice mail.Scan Designs? More like Scam Designs. I feel like I'm being harassed by a telemarketing /spam /phishing "company" and I'm not even sure if this place is real.

Andy and Travis are the best! Friendly, efficient - pleasure to work with! We ordered 2 couches from Scandesigns. Had some issues with third party movers but Scandesigns fixed the problem. Would order again!
