Had an amazing experience at this store had a very old diffuser that was on the fritz. Seth gave amazing service went above and beyond to get me a replacement through the warranty. Big thanks as well to Yan who made an exception amazing staff I will be a lifetime Saje customer !

I’ve shopped at this store for several years, time and time again the service is top notch. The staff is extremely informative and display very good product knowledge. Most recently I visited the store for the reason that my diffuser is having issues, I had the pleasure of being serviced by Tayla and Mia. These girls went above and beyond to help me with my situation. They made it as seamless as ever, they we’re transparently happy to support me. I appreciate their efforts and wanted to recognize them both. They are the type of employees that retail environments are dying to have. Saje is lucky to have such high caliber girls representing them.
