We took a blind in that was not functioning properly. We were first told that the motor was no longer good and a new one was needed. Saffron said they would have to order and we decided not to bother and we would pick it up. They were going to charge us $35 for this. Then they said they had found one and had already installed it at a cost of over $300. When we went to pick it up and they tested it on the remote it didn’t work! They then made us wait while they fiddled with it and had the nerve to charge us an extra 15.00 to tell us it didn’t work! We used them once before for the same problem with another blind that took ages to obtain a new motor. Clearly, clients are bank accounts rather than people who deserve good service. We won’t use them again for sure nor recommend them.

Nothing but great things to say about Saffron! Shopped around at numerous other stores in Victoria for new blinds for our entire home and chose Saffron for overall knowledge, selection and above all, great pricing. I would recommend them to anyone. Once the order was placed, the turnaround was quick and the service was great. A great experience.

Shout out to Saffron Blinds:They fixed my 18 year old Hunter Douglas blind in a day, and for a very reasonable price. Very much appreciated. I got the sense that their service is better than the big box stores, so will consider using them in future.

All Saffron staff were very helpful when we needed to choose and order blinds for our home. They made the experience much less stressful because of their experience in the business and their availability even though it was a very busy time for their shop. The installation by their staff was quick and thorough and they have been available to help a couple of times since to get the cords back on track. I recommend this business to anyone needing new blinds.

We recommend Saffron Window Coverings. Parm spent time without any sales pressure with us when we were researching window coverings for our home. Saffron cautioned us that the wait for our roller shade choice might be longer than usual due to supply issues. The shades arrived sooner than expected and were installed by Ian and Matthew a few days ago. We are happy with our motorized shades. One covering is missing the magnetic rod and has been ordered and we are confident it will be installed in as a timely manner as the shades were . Thanks Parm and Saffron.

We hired them because owner said if their is any issue's after installation call or email us we will send someone to fix but I called and emailed them to come have look because their magerments was incorrect. No response. I wish I could give them zero star don't reccomend them.

Rude and unprofessional, plus dangerous driver on the road. Was almost side swiped by one of the drivers in their van, who turns out to be the "owner", while on the Hwy. He then gave me the finger, then I watch him nearly side swipe and do the exact same thing to another driver. Way to run your business by being a bully. Gross behavior. Do not ever recommend.

We were new to the area and were moving into a new build home. The whole house required window coverings. We reached out to Saffron and a couple other providers. Saffron were excellent to deal with from the very first contact. All aspects of their service was excellent from the initial measurements and help with some of the design choices to delivery and installation. Highly recommend Saffron Windows.

unprofessional and extremely rude.After being referred we booked time with Saffron Window Fashion Drapery & Blinds.We waited for our 5 pm consult appointment and we get a call at 6pm from the sales person who was supposed to come meet us saying she's not coming because she doesn't think we will spend enough MONEY.UPDATEIt was Sept 25th t 5 PM, but it's ok our $10K was good enough for other companies

This recent experience with Saffron is our second. We were really pleased the first time with price, selection, quality and installation. This time, on different windows, mind you, Saffron outdid themselves. Ordered just before Covid19, the blinds arrived and Jessie and Davinder arranged installation in a safe and sanitary way that would even impress the Health Authority. Their product is perhaps more expensive than from the Big Box Stores, but we feel worth every penny.Thanks again.

I called for a service call on my Hunter Douglas applause shades with Powerview Remote which I had purchased a few years prior from another retailer. I spoke to Davinder, explained what my problem was and asked him a few questions about the Hunter Douglas motorization hub. We set up the service appointment for the following day.He showed up with all the necessary tools, parts etc to completely resolve my problems. He brought two versions of the HD hubs with him, explained the differences and did a demonstration. I ended up purchasing the Gen 2 and he actually took the time out right then and there to completely program the hub to work with my network.Saffron Window Fashions now have a new customer who would highly recommend them!
