Do not allow their staff to order items in for you. You may or may not get it and if you don’t they tell you to call head office in Montreal to sort it out yourself.

I had such great service from all the staff members that I encountered at RW and Co. this week. I visited the store twice and called twice and each time I was so impressed by the level of care and attention I received. Congratulations for cultivating such a great team! I ordered seven items from RW&co, I have ordered from them many many times in the past. For some reason when I ordered this time, my old address from seven years ago, came up as the address to mail to you. I clicked on my new address, but for some reason my products went to my old address. when I contacted rw&co they told me that it was Canada post problem and to contact Canada Post. I contacted Canada Post and they told me it was an RW problem. Again the consumer is the one that gets stuck with all the problem and, I am left with a bill and no one to help me and no product to wear. I love this company and their clothes , but this is left sour taste in my mouth.

Today march 15th at 11:15 me and my husband went in looking to buy him a new suite for an upcoming wedding. We brought our two year old son with us. As my husband looked for a suite I supervised our son who was just playing around not doing anything wrong and the staff kept giving us very dirty looks then my son was touching and going through the decorative bead wall he was being very gentle a staff member came over and very rudely/sarcastically asked us not to touch the beads. As this was going on no one asked to help my husband at all. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate that the staff is so snotty and arrogant

I was in the Victoria store this morning. I was helped by Georgina. She was amazing and a big help. I needed some clothes for a wedding. I hate shopping and she made my experience there quick and easy. She's very good at what she does. I will be back soon.

My shopping processes was smooth as it could be, I made an appointment the week before, and showed up the day of and was greeted with a smile and they where ready for us right away, Manual assisted us (party of 6) with our fittings and he was beyond fantastic, he listened, and made everyone feel involved. I left with everything we needed. Wedding planning has been beyond stressful and this was made so stress-free I cant thank Manual enough. I spent a total $1,598.76 Worth every penny!

Great clothes, awesome staff, and phenomenal return/exchange/price guarantee policies. Quality of clothing is high and reliable from this brand. No loose threads or poor stitches or fabrics. Price is appropriate if not even a bit low for what you get. Great value for money. Lots of available styles to suit one's needs and desires. Sales are abundant and further the value. Thanks RW&CO.
