The man who works at this outlet lied to me and told me the shoes I wanted are discontinued and they no longer make them in a wide toe. He also said that because the shoe I was purchasing was a men’s shoe it was “wide enough” for me. I have arthritis in my feet and I knew I needed a wide toe and I was right, as the ones I bought caused me a flare up yo after 15 mins. New Balance told me there is no way The Running Room wouldn’t know they sell this shoe is a wide toe. Unbelievable!!

I went in here with my partner for runners about a month ago and got such incredible service. The guy who works there asked us a few questions about use and our feet and was able to recommend the best options for flat feet, and also a give us a bunch of extra running info and tips for training for your first marathon. Such enthusiasm and service above and beyond I highly recommend this store for running gear especially if you don’t know which shoes are best for you!

Amazing service and advice on footwear. Been having pain in left foot and physio recommended getting new running shoes. This place knew what I needed and the people I talked to were super friendly and convinced me to switch to a different shoe that I didn’t think I’d like. Been running smoother, faster and pain has gone away as I train for the race.

Myron was a huge help in finding the perfect pair of Hoka shoes for me. He was patient, listened to what I was looking for and gave me knowledgeable information on every pair I tried on and explained the benefits/differences. I'll definitely be returning for the amazing customer service!

Knowledgeable staff that are attentive and try to get you in the right shoe.A welcoming environment with no pressure for a sale.I have to mention that this store is in desperate need of a renovation though, and I’m surprised such a large company would allow a store to look like this one.

I went in to buy some sunglasses. The salesperson, an older gentleman (late 50’s early 60’s) had his back turned to us working on his computer. I tried on a couple sunglasses at the desk for a few minutes before he turned around and asked in a slightly annoyed voice “ can I help you?” I said “yes! I would like to see the sunglasses in the ( locked) case “. He paused and said “maybe if you say please!” (I think he was sort of joking, but his manner was aggressive). I replied “please?” He walked over, unlocked the case, stood in front of it with his arms crossed, and said “ which ones?” I replied, well, all of them! I want to see what I like “. He said “oh no! That’s not the way it works here!”. His manner was so rude, I walked out. I literally have never been treated so rudely in a store.Running room, I’m a runner and have purchased many runners and other things from you, but you let me down today.
