The first thing you notice when you enter the store is the friendly and cosy atmosphere. Elaine is a lovely lady; I appreciate her help and beautiful demeanour. I heartily recommend Roots to any person who is looking for classic, or elegant casual products.

I left my AirPods in the store and the lady came running to give them back to me! ABSOLUTE LIFESAVERS! 10/10 recommend! They saved me so much sadness and another 300 dollars for returning them to me. I will definitely be back!

The worker did not bother to help me when I wanted to use the change room. She let one person hold it while they kept walking around the store instead of letting other customers use it while they find stuff.

This 1 star is due to Kristen at this store. She handled a hold situation very rudely throwing a sticker gun down when she had to help out her co-worker with the downtown location over a phone hold. She proceeded to very audibly display and say how ridiculous a multiday hold request is with the store in a way I could hear that the answer is no. Overall not very professional, I was being very polite and did not receive the same courtesy. Very dissapointed with the demeaning and disrespectful service.

This store always has a lot that we want but rarely buy as prices are too high. The store is great and the quality of the items are very high. They do have a discount rack but it is not nearly as large as some of the Vancouver Stores as this store is very small. Staff have exceptional customer service at this location
