Complete lies!! Soooo slow wireless mobile speeds. Forced to use these guys because they took over Shaw. Said they would honor our plan for the next 5 years but raised our bill on our first billing. Should be called Rogers Pass!! Rogers Chocolate would be better as a provider.

They definitely hope you do not read the multi page contract you are given with all the details of the changes they make to your account. A simple phone upgrade resulted in a more expensive plan with less data and features. They flat out lie to you and verbally tell you they are giving you a great offer when infact you are getting something entirely different. Never ever again will I go to hillside Roger’s for anything. Call Roger’s directly. Save time and hassle.

I wasted my time going to this store just to get a simple top up card.They do not accept cash for payments. They don't care about you.They do not accept LEGAL tender to pay for something.Rogers is and always has been the most frustrating company on Earth to deal with. It's always something with them.How is it that their satellite company Chart can operate so well but the parent company is a pile of trash 150% of the time?Any company that doesn't accept cash for small purchases is not a serious business but rather supporting credit card companies and their outrages fees rather than looking after their customer.What ever excuse they have for not accepting cash would be nothing but a lame excuse that Rogers always gives.I wont use them for anything any time in the future esp after this.There is no sign anywhere in the store stating that they do not accept money (cash) legal tender to purchase anything. They are just a lame excuse and best to avoid.

I went to the Hillside store to transfer my iPhone 8 (Bell) to iPhone 12 (refurbished - sent to me by Rogers). I was helped by Raj. Initially, he said it would cost $60 to activate my new phone and do the transfer. He said I could do it for free if I went online.I am not very technologically savvy, but also didn't want to pay $60. I then asked if he had an Otter Box, screen cover and charger block for my new phone. He found a kit with the whole thing costing only $100 and then did the transfer for free. He was very kind and knowledgeable - and I was very grateful that it was so easy.The only thing was (despite what is stated on the Rogers website) they don't do phone trade-ins unless you buy the new phone at the store. This was confirmed by their mgr, although the Rogers website and two Rogers agents told me otherwise. This is no reflection on Raj (who was great) however, but more on Rogers.

I had a very bad experience today at the store in hillside mall the associate twinkle was so bad and rude to me I came to the store I was angry because it’s been over two weeks since I was having problem reviving SIM cards for my kids and when I came to the store a spelled my postal code correct but because of the associate was righting wrong didn’t come up when nothing and she wouldn’t accept any other information till I called on the phone the Roger’s customer service and provided her with all the info and still wasn’t happy she was showing me her anger in front of my baby. So If she can’t handle the customer anger why she’s in the customer service ?

Rogers has been giving me hard time, headaches, wasting my timeI live by Gordon head two blocks away from the ocean, every time I’m home, they charge me for roaming, I called to let them know and they fixed one month, the issue has been persistent over almost a year and even though I’ve been paying more than what I suppose they call multiple times during the day(on business hours when I’m working) asking to make a payment on my overdue account, no one cares, customer service doesn’t care, at the store don’t care I’m sick and tired trying to fix a problem that maybe I created signing in with them I never considered that will be such a headache and waste of time, I just wanted peace of mind from my internet provider but instead of that has been a big! Problem, I advise that every time you are around a beach check your following bill

Rogers performed an unauthorized auto migration of a phone number we have had for over 20 years, without our authorization or consent! This was apparently part of the purchase of Shaw Cable in Canada.They not only shut down our phone causing a huge loss of income. We spent hours calling both Shaw and Rogers, and at this point 7:20PM on wednesday night September 27th. still on hold waiting to see if and when they will fix the problem Rogers caused.The only thing we were offered was to run and find a Rogers store and buy a rogers SIM card. Unfortunately those outlets are all closed here, and we should not have to do that anyway, THIS WAS TOTALLY AN IRRESPONSIBLE, UNAUTHORIZED AND ILLEGAL ACTION THAT ROGERS DID.While we are on hold I am posting this info as well as recruiting other avenues for compensation of the damages they have caused.I would suggest you find someone else to use other than Rogers. A nightmare beyond believe. What would a person having a medical emergency do?TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY !

An extended family member raved about the great customer service he received at this store from Raj. So when it came time to replace my aging device, I thought I would give them a try before going to my usual Rogers Retail outlet.Raj was even better than I was told, and has now helped 4 of my family members through the process of upgrading or being brand new (and happy!) Rogers customers. He has gotten us better plans for the same price, or has saved us money on a feature. He is knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. An excellent ambassador for the Rogers brand, I'm amazed each time with his amazing ability to go above and beyond for his customers.Overall, the staff at this store are very helpful and polite. I'm not sure what happened here years ago to get such bad reviews back then, but I suggest you check for yourself what a great store and staff it is today. :)

Getting a new phone and having questions answered by a knowledgeable and helpful young man, Raj. I am very happy with his help ☺️?☺️ note, if you like using voice to text, never get a Galaxy phone. Stay with pixel! I am speaking from comparing my old pixel 4 to Galaxy s230 Ultra.

Went with my grandmother to setup a new service. Raj was so helpful, explaining everything. Taking the time to answer the type of questions that seniors often have, and even suggested a better plan, saving even more money.

Rogers plans are a bit expensive! However, their sales person, Rajdeep, is quite familiar with the best options to help a client! He helped me with a new phone setup, great deal and best service is sales! This man know how to do his job and deserves a promotion!!!
