I got the Morning Wave Wood Jigsaw Puzzle, which was categorized as one of the most difficult, but wasn't as difficult as I imagined. Quality of the packaging and pieces was top notch. Now looking forward to when they come out with another difficulty level!

We registered for a gift card for a custom wedding puzzle, and we got EXACTLY what we wanted. I'm excited to frame it with the pieces bursting out, but my husband isn't ready to let it not be a puzzle.

Very pleased with the three puzzles I purchased whilst on holiday in Victoria in September. Have done two of them and they are superb - I intend to frame them just as shown on the puzzle lab website. They are quality wooden puzzles with lots of unusual shaped pieces and some stunning artistry. Customer service great too because two pieces had to be replaced and Puzzle Lab sent me two new ones even though I live in the UK. Thoroughly recommend

Shopping at Puzzle Labs is always a delight. I discovered the store while wandering around Victoria, but since I'm not a local, I've shopped online since. They're always quick and responsive and their puzzles are fantastic. The quality is top notch, and there's clearly a lot of thought put into making the puzzle building a pleasant and challenging experience.
This year I was getting a little concerned because I'd ordered a holiday puzzle and because it was limited, it was taking a bit to ship. I was afraid it would be lost in the Black Friday shuffle. So I dropped a quick email without realizing that it was, in fact, the night before Black Friday , and someone still took the time to check in and reassure me that my puzzle was heading out the door. I genuinely appreciate that I wasn't brushed off despite how busy I'm sure they must have been!

My husband and I were thrilled to stumble upon this store!!! A great, cozy atmosphere with kind employees. The puzzles themselves have a bit of a hefty price tag, but the quality is there and makes it worth the price. Truly a great experience that leaves you with a beautiful art piece (or a fun challenge for friends).
