I ordered multiples of the pre-made wood frames and got them within a few days. The staff are friendly and remember the small details like hanging hardware. I appreciate the quality and prices are reasonable.

I went in looking for artwork for my girlfriend and they had a beautiful Ted Harrison poster in their archives with stunning colours in it.I asked about framing and the suggested putting it on a wooden panel and the outcome is AMAZING. We are in love with it . 10/10

Pretentious. Went in to look at ideas and get a rough quote, but was met with a dismissive, impatient and very patronizing staff member. Left after 2 minutes. Unless you’re already an expert or know exactly what you need, don’t expect any help with looking for options.

We were really excited for Prestige to frame some footprints of our children from when they were newborns. However, they framed one of them moderately off centre and glued the labels on before checking with us that the off centre alignment would work. We didn't like how different they looked and their attempt to correct the error damaged the one print. Again the never stopped to check in and just sealed the frames up and said they were ready for pick-up.I've heard great things about Prestige and we were excited to get this finished, but maybe the tech who was working on our frames was not having a great day. We're pretty disappointed as we can't redo the kid's footprints and one of them is damaged. Make sure your expectations are very clear before dropping off if you have something that isn't clearly straightforward.

'Prestige' recently removed humidity creases from a sentimental favourite poster and also framed a valuable recently purchased silkscreen print. We were nervous but with his many years experience, Raymond was terrific with sage counsel and competitive pricing. Wonderful work. Thank you ..!!

SO wonderful and caring for the art and the process. I took what I would consider a "prestige" piece that was already mounted but needed some adjustments. It came back 10 times better than when I took it in (now full archival quality) but while still respecting the original framing.It was also instructive watching the whole team work while we were discussing my piece: so precise, with incredible attention to detail.
