Prices are way too high- the woman who owns the store is unwelcoming and will always tell you it’ll take 5 minutes to look through your stuff when consigning, but it takes 20. Usually they tell you “they’re full” which obviously is an excuse that they didn’t want any of your stuff. When they do want your things they want to give you an abysmally low amount for it. What they have isn’t that great, but the prices match vintage stores with much nicer stuff.

amazing selection of super cute items, vintage and desiger. I also have to compliment whoever sets the fits up in the windows, they're always amazing inspo if you're looking for a new outfit

Super funky store. Looks great inside. Most staff rarely make eye contact.Caveat: Severely picky when assessing intakes and absurd low-balling on their offers.Consign your items elsewhere if you can.If a business offers $20 more in Store Credit than straight cash but their prices are higher than retail...it's not for me.

The prices of this store are outrageous-which is disappointing because the atmosphere is lovely and the design is very fun inside. I’ll include pictures but a beanie with the original tag was $25 being sold for $26 which is ridiculous. I understand we’re in Victoria and the cost of rent is very high, but the high pricing on their clothing it makes me wonder if anyone’s actually buying it. I went in to sell clothes and they told me the store was full after taking 15 mins to look through my items. I understand if they didn’t want to take my clothes but they could’ve said they were full before I wasted my time.

gave them some clothes to sort, said it’d be a minute so i look around at a bunch of stuff i would buy if it was $10 cheaper, and they give all my clothes back saying they don’t have enough space. a toque that still had the tag on it was originally sold for $25 and they priced it at $26. that’s bull. lowering prices would free up space and probably make more money once people can actually find something at a normal price. and the more often product is turning over the more people come back to see what’s new. huge waste of my time AND money since i had to use a car-share to get all my stuff there.

Have been shopping here for years and this used to be my favourite consignment store in Victoria - unfortunately the pricing has become absurdly expensive in recent years and the owner increasingly standoffish, which is a bummer.

The hours of this store make no sense. I’m constantly showing up during the listed open hours just to find it closed with no sign or anything to explain. Very inconvenient and annoying. Also unfortunately the prices have also increased a lot since the recent expansion. But sadly much of the clothing is the same low quality and condition.

It's a cute place but so sad to see one of my favorite stores go downhill. Since they expanded, the prices shot up. I saw a basic plastic pear necklace crossed out from $18 and now $38. Even brand new I would never pay that much for shein quality jewelry. Don't get me wrong they do have some good pieces, but just badly priced unfortunately.

The one lady, you all know who she is if you read the other reviews, incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Also the prices are outrageous - for picked through value village quality items, and it smells like mold inside, or maybe its just the caged up, neglected birds that never see the light of day. Be respectful to customers, a warm greeting goes a long way, and take care of the animals you are responsible for.

they like to look down their nose at you and judge you based on what you look like when you walk into their store. Definitely a very unwelcoming environment overall.Tried to consign some things including jewelry and shoes a couple months ago (march 2023) and got rejected without them even looking through the whole bag.Felt something was off so i sent in a friend who looked more of the "vibe" of the store the next day to consign the exact same bag and wouldn't you know it they picked most of what "i" brought in.Deplorable practices from a store that preaches inclusivity. Don't support this business

Best Clothing store in town! The people that work there are super sweet and caring! Best clothes at a great price... would definitely check it out if in the area!

I knew to expect higher prices since it’s consignment/curated but wow $20+ for a used plain black Gildan t-shirt is what to expect here. I guess those high prices can’t pay for an adequately sized cage for their two birds shoved into one very tiny cage together.The only credit to them is they have cool pieces and the window displays are fair advertisements to what’s inside

Super cool place with great curation of alternative and fashionable options. I admire the window display everytime they change it - which is often! Seems I always want something in the window!! I've got some of my coolest and most unique clothing items from here. Highly reccomend checking it out, it's worth it.
