Excellent customer service! Very helpful and Jon is great rep to work with. (A very different experience at Pine Lighting than the one I had at the other big lighting store in Victoria...) Will be going to Pine anytime lighting is needed.

I went in search of a bathroom vanity light. The reason? I saw the owner and her advertisement on Chek News. She is local and I'm big on supporting local businesses. It is what defines and shapes our community. I had the good fortune of finding exactly the light I was looking for. I don't mean close, I mean exact! That doesn't happen often. The customer service was great. I will be happy to patronize this business in future.

I am also a small business owner and I had a customer the other day randomly talking about renovation and then buying lights from Home Depot; I said 'why not buy from Pine Lighting Victoria? They are local and great. She said 'she recently went there walked around for 20 minutes nobody offered help or said anything and she just walked out.My own experience:I went there a while ago and was there walking around for over 10-15 minutes as well. Finally got helped. Despite the initial lack of assistance, It was a good experience. Good products at a very good price. It's a great place and I believe with a bit more focus on engaging customers right from the start, it could even be better.

We had a great experience at Pine Lighting. We had a problem with an old existing fixture. They diagnosed the problem and being unable to supply us with a replacement part they went out of their way to suggest alternatives to solve the problem rather than purchasing a new fixture. Great service, friendly and helpful. Kudos to Josh D.

As a newcomer to Victoria, I'm delighted to "discover" Pine Lighting - they aren't as high profile as others. Especially Lighting Consultant, Phil Coffey, one of the most pleasant and courteous and helpful retailers I've met. I found the solution I'd been seeking for months, am very happy with my new fixtures.

Went here yesterday (May 1st) just before closing and the gentleman working was so kind and helpful. He stayed past closing to help us find what we needed. I wish I'd gotten his name to thank him directly here.Highly recommend Pine lighting!

The most lovely people work here. I brought in an old light that wasn’t purchase from their store and the very kind staff spent 30 minutes helping me fix it and then charged me nothing for their time and parts. I will most definitely be giving them my business from now on and encourage others to do the same.

Outstanding customer service. We had purchased a lamp from Chintz and couldn’t get the dimming bulb (recommended bulb is expired technology) to work properly. Phil was wonderful, walking us through - he gave us enough information and education to get it working properly!I will support this business because of their service!
