The food is good, however the service everytime I've been there has been the worst. Either the service is mean and seems pissed off or the server has no clue what's going on. The most recent visit I'm pretty sure our server was drunk or something... I think I'll just order take out if I want food from here.

I’ve had 2 horrible service experiences from 2 girls that work here at Peacock billiards. They are directly rude to me and say things like for example, A girl named Rebecca said straight to my face “we’re done talking” when I was being completely polite and just wanting to ask a few questions about a cozier setting that’s not too loud. She was really blunt and wasn’t compassionate at all:( I get customer service is exhausting but you shouldnt be directly rude to customers especially when they are being nice to you.

Such a fun night!Our group was adults and kids- and we played pool and pinball! The staff were really friendly, we enjoyed the busy & fun atmosphere, and everyone had a great time.Go early, or plan that you might be on a wait list on Friday and Saturday nights.There’s an alcohol free area, and it’s an “all ages” place.
Kid-friendliness: We phoned ahead, and they said they were all ages! We went early, from about 6-7. There is ping-pong, billiards, and pinball!

I politely told a server that the men's bathroom was out of soap and that their hand sanitizer dispenser was also empty. He thanked me for bringing it to his attention but when I went to the bathroom a couple hours later, they were both still empty. I told another server the same thing and he was dismissive to me and didn't do anything about it either. So I went to another server 20 minutes later and she told me to "just use the other bathroom" (I didn't know there was another bathroom until then but that's not the point) sorry for trying to help prevent the spread of infections In a venue full of people sharing pool cues I guess? Bad service and attention to basic health and safety. At least the food was good.

We held a goodbye party for a co-worker here last night. Jonny gave us excellent service - he was super friendly, remembered many of our names, and was really on top of things. He was so accommodating, and helped us find the best spot for our photo slideshow to be projected. Would definitely recommend!

I have been here two times, the first time I found the servers and host to be extremely rude. I decided to return again last week, the man at the front was extremely rude . I don't think I have ever been treated so poorly by customer service.I asked if there was only pool tables, he said no and the wait is 1.5 hours. I asked to get on waitlist but he said he can only get me on if I play foozball outside in freezing weather. I tried to ask if we can just come back but he was extremely inflexible and rude.After deciding to leave we told him we were going to leave, he replied with a snarky look on his face: "Maybe next time" in a very rude tone. I don't know if he was acting this way because we had some minorities in our group, however, I will not be spending a dime at this place ever again and will NOT reccomend it to ANYONE.

I go for the ?... service, my expectations are high, so if I'm slighted or get a sideways glance. You will always be a three. Be kind, be friendly... earn that tip. Atmosphere... it's a pool hall, with people. Never be 5 star.
