Went into warrantee a few items and had awesome customer service in helping me fix a couple holes I had made in my jacket and ski pants. Took a little bit to get my puffy back from repairs but they did a fabulous job at fixing the wear I had accumulated over the 4 years I have had the puffy for so far (big yay for stores that support the longevity of their product :) ). Sure its pricey stuff (what isn't these days) but the elementsinc. website always has sweet deals that make it more affordable for me (got their highest end ski jacket for 60% off last year!!) and all my gear has lasted ages! Thanks Elements/Patagonia Victoria!

TLDR: This is NOT a Patagonia store!!This is an independent company that has purchased rights from Patagonia to advertise as them and sell their products.Like many others I purchased something online and tried to do an exchange for the right size (mother bought me pants thinking I had gained more weight than I really had). The best they offered me here was to do a return and buy a new pair from them full price. Unless you’re a brainless eco-nerd with infinitely deep pockets like all the five star reviews on here, some of us can’t afford to buy good quality, eco-friendly clothing for full price so we seek out the discounts. I’m not paying $200 for a pair of pants, and hell, I should have never offered up $100 for them in the first place.Elements Inc. does not uphold the reputation that Patagonia has garnered. They do not care for you as a customer, even though supposedly the customer is always right. So what’s the eco-friendly solution according to corporate Patagonia in Vancouver? Pay out of pocket to ship the damn pants to them so they can figure out what to do there because they haven’t hired the right people in your own city. I’m just a mere biologist, but the math just doesn’t add up here. This is considering that you are standing there in their store with the Patagonia logo on the storefront with the packaged, tagged pants looking to exchange for another pair hanging two meters away on their rack.Common sense? Not within these four walls. The cherry on top is that once the all-too-sweet salesladies figured out I wasn’t too happy about this, they told me to sell them on Facebook marketplace and come back when I can pay full price for the pants. WOW! Apparently we are indeed already living in the metaverse. If you want decent clothes that will withstand the test of time, go and buy some BC clothing from Costco. Kirkland pants are second to none, likely sewn with the same recycled fishing nets down the street from the Patagonia factory in Vietnam or Nicaragua.First and last time stepping inside a Patagonia/non-Patagonia store. You can take your glorified logo and stick it where the sun don’t shine.Cheers!

I went in this morning and wasn’t greeted by any staff, not the end of the world. I browsed around the men’s section, actively tried on four separate items, still with no acknowledgment or help from any staff members on the floor.Unfortunately the store wasn’t busy, thus can’t blame the poor customer service on tied up staff.I’ve been loyal to the Patagonia brand but this experience was disappointing.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought something online and tried to return it to this store because it didn't fit and they couldn't provide a refund because they're an "independent store". The only reason i took a chance at an online purchase was because the website explicitly says you can make returns at your local Patagonia store. They said I would have to pay to ship it back myself or take an in-store credit. My math is not great but I do know store credit is worth the same dollar value as a refund. So that's confusing. I tried to be respectful in communicating my frustrations but they were condescending and basically unwilling to help in any way.I have no time for corporate / wholesale greed masked as an environmental justice-minded company - which is why I wanted to support this company to begin with. I'm so disappointed. Do better.

In my own travels, Patagonia's gear has proven unbeatable in quality and comfort. Their commitment to sustainability is inspiring. But what truly sets them apart is their amazing staff - always ready to assist, making my shopping experiences truly memorable. A brand that genuinely cares!!

The staff refused to stop chatting to help any of the customers. The selection was incredibly disappointing but not more than the staff’s lack of supervision. I love this brand too much lol.

I came in today at lunchtime to inquire about a jacket and the salesperson (really tall guy, long hair) was rushing me, it was pretty obvious from his body language and all the sighing that he did that he wanted me out of there really quickly. After I paid, he handed me the jacket which he rolled up and didn’t even offer me a bag. I understand that this is your sale season and it’s extremely busy, but I hope you don’t forget your manners. It is your job to entertain questions from customers, because who else are we gonna ask? I buy from Patagonia because I support their vision, but I’ll just buy online from now on. They’ll probably like that better so no more pesky customers asking questions.

Why do you sell microfibre and fleece products? When you put that into the wash micro plastics shed off and make their way into our coastal ecosystem and destroys it.I thought your whole thing was to benefit the planet... "Our only shareholder is the earth." That's great, but it needs to inform the materials you use and purvey. Please STOP selling fleece and microfibre and be the example your brand promises.
