I’ve never had a good experience in this business. Tried to buy a custom suit, came in 4 times planning the suit with them, they said that it’s 100% mine and do able, then when I came in to put the order through they said they couldn’t do it and gave the suit to someone else. I went to another suit store and got it zero issues and way cheaper. Then I came for a dress shirt, the uptown location said the downtown has way more of a selection, they lied and had less of a selection and it took probably 20 minutes to try on 1 shirt because they just kept wandering off helping other people, then left completely when I tried it on and had questions.

The last time I got fitted for a suit was a long time ago, and it was for a rental. So I was nervous to say the least to go through this experience for my wedding suit, but the customer service was great! Sebastian was very helpful with recommending a suit within my price range and recommending outfits that could be versatile for future occasions. After I picked my suit, the tailor took my measurements and the adjustments were made to the suit in a matter of weeks. Highly recommend going here. Thank you!

10/10 Would recommend Outlooks. I went in to find pieces for my wedding suit and had an excellent experience.
I was greeted immediately by John when I walked in the store and he listened to me very well. I went in with a vintage tweed jacket I purchased elsewhere and he was happy to help me piece together the remainder of my suit, and was also very excited about the jacket I had found. I felt good and comfortable the whole time and John made excellent recommendations to help me put together a perfect suit.
To top it off, they also offered to tailor my jacket (which again, I didn't purchase from them) while they were tailoring my pants, and didn't charge me any extra to do this. I live about 3 hours north of Victoria, and they had it tailored and shipped to my door within a couple weeks of my visit. Everything fits perfectly and I feel more confident than ever.

John was amazing and we will definitely go there again. I took my son there and we couldn’t be happier. It’s great to have someone give advice, dress, and generally help you as a parent trying to get a suite looking and fitting well for your kid.

We received excellent service from Martin at Outlooks on two occasions. He took the time to understand what we wanted and selected the perfect suits. Martin is pleasant, personable, and hard working. He is an asset to the both locations in Victoria.
