Happened upon this shop during a weekend family get away. I saw a very nice bag in the window. When I asked the sales clerk what the material was, she told me it was wool and leather. I bought the bag because I thought it was nice and therefore worth the 175$ having leather trim. After looking the company later that night, came to realize that the store clerk was wrong. The bag was made out of vegan leather...aka plastic. If I had known the truth then, I would not have paid so much for plastic. Very disappointed, would not shop there again.

I was buying a porcelain cottage house. The item and box had price stickers on it saying $79.95. When the cashier rang it up, it rang up $35 more. The cashier talked to the manager and the manager wouldn’t give it to me for the price that was advertised. When the item AND the box list the same price, that price should be honored. Very disappointed!

Wonderful selection of top quality irish weavers and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend a visit, and a splurge. Hard to find this level of quality, durability, with diverse styles and cuts I'd never seen anywhere else.

Quality and great prices. Pleasant and helpful staff. FIX your website !! It lacks most of the items you actually cary. You're losing a ton of sales.

I always pop into this store when I’m in Victoria. So many quality items to choose from! Last month I bought a beautiful teal-coloured wool cape. Hope to treat myself again next Christmas.

Went in for an Irish cap on Dec 27, 2023 just after the store opened. The store was not busy at all. One assistant was really helpful. She pointed my wife and I in the direction of a really fine array of caps in all sizes and colors. When I went to purchase the item, the polite assistant was chatting to the checkout clerk, apologized and stepped aside to allow me to buy the product. The checkout girl was writing some thing and failed to look up even after she finished one item, failed to acknowledge me, and carried on writing another, even though I was standing there, ready to make purchase.I should have walked out without buying the product, but I had gone there specifically for that purpose. I certainly don’t feel inclined to use the store again despite the fact that it has some good sales people, and a really good selection of items.It must be frustrating for the store owners to be offering a wide range of very nice items in a very well appointed store only to have rude, inattentive staff spoiling the experience for potential customers.
