Fantastic service from a great salesperson, Shania!! She helped me to find clothing for my 96 yr old mother in law. We looked all over the store for pants and tops. She knew the kind of clothing I was looking for and offered great advice. I was very pleased with the time she took with me and her helpful suggestions!! My mother in law LOVED her new clothes and they all fit her perfectly!! Thanks Shania!!

Heather was extremely rude to me a few days ago when I asked the question if a birthday discount could be applied a couple of days after my birthday month. She laughed sarcastically even though it I had it done several years ago. Responding politely would have gone a long way. I will not visit the store again.

Pretty good quality store for women's casual wear. I find their cotton t-shirts lose their shape after 5 or 6 washes.

I really like the clothing in Northern Reflections. They cater to the more mature aged group of customers like 50 plus women. I have to wait for when they have 30, 40 or 50% off sales becsuse I can't afford the full price. I'm a senior with a fixed income.
