We have a very small den that we were trying to fit a queen sized murphy bed into and this company has been so helpful. They came by, measured everything, and made recommendations. They were able to deliver sooner than expected, the bed looks great, and the install was done really well. We are super impressed with the service and value of our custom wall bed!

We love our new murphy bed! I was worried that it would make the room look smaller but somehow it managed to make it look larger. The folks at Murphy Wallbeds of Canada were very kind and helpful, and were able to create a design which fits our space perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone looking to make better use of their space!

Ordered a bed, cupboards and desk unit last October, they said it would be available in February or March, and sure enough, delivered and installed the first week of March. My contacts with sales in their store and their shipping guy by phone were friendly and efficient. The delivery guys were great: efficient and thorough. A minor glitch with the special handles I'd ordered was promptly and cheerfully corrected. Best of all, the workmanship is excellent, all the pieces fit together seamlessly and the bed is effortless to raise and lower. Impressive!

We very recently purchased a Murphy wall bed with attached bookcases on either side from this store. We are very pleased with the product and service. We live in Nanaimo and had the bed delivered and installed here. Everyone was well-informed and very helpful. The price was good and in particular the employees doing the delivery and installation were efficient and informative. A very good experience all around.

Nothing to complain about after 3 years of use. Mechanism still operates as a brand new one and the bed frame is sturdy.

It's very possible this is a great company, but, their ad on television is offensive - grandmas should not be using words that need to be bleeped out in front of grandchildren. (or anyone else for that matter!)
