I had some last minute issues with some clothes needed for a wedding. Both Braden and Chris did an amazing job helping me get setup in exactly what I needed. Both very polite gentleman who know their stuff. Would highly recommend coming by this place if you need formal event clothing

Good service at initial purchase, but not when I returned to exchange sizes. Asked for wider fit , was told this was “modern fit”…well it needs to be wider. Did they offer anything for a larger man? Nope. Initial salesman was there but we were

I though You went to Moores for a decently priced quality suit...I was wrong...the tailoring was way over priced and not ready after 2 weeks for off the rack...and lets not forget the utter lack of selection and sizes...never again...

I have to say I'm disappointed to say the least. I found something in the end, but with no help from anyone. No one even acknowledged me when i walked in. Everyone was either chatting about a previous customer or on their cell phone. The young guy I'm assuming who is new, had his shirt untucked and looked like he dodnt care or want to be there. If this was a regular kind store where everyone is paid by the hour I kind of get it. But a place that is very clearly commission based you would think they would be eager to make a sale. On top of that when I asked for some fashion advice from the guy he straight up told me he had no idea and that he wasn't good at it either. 4 of the shirts I tried on that he said would fit after taking my measurements I could barely get done up. I think I'll just go to the uptown one from now on. At least they're eager to sell stuff.

Had an easy and awesome time getting my suit, getting alterations done was also very quick. Chris was super helpful and I don't think I could have gotten much better service. Looking forward to the next time I need one.

If I can give this company a 0 I would. I rented 2 suits for my son and my step son. I advised them on the time of rental that both suits has to be delivered to Richmond, BC location as the wedding is happening there not in Victoria. Two days before my wedding I got an email saying that 1 suit is in Victoria. With the amount of stress and headaches this company has caused me I felt like they should refund me the amount of both rentals. I never even got an apology from the Manager. I don't know who dropped the ball big time but I would never ever go back to this place. Save yourself headache rent somewhere else like Capital Tuxedo. Imagine being so stressed out and crying the day before your wedding just no words, really big disappointment!!!!

Went into the Langford location today so my son could get a suit for prom. Gavin was amazing at putting together the whole outfit complete with shoes and tie clip. Made the whole experience quick and painless. Thanks again Gavin!!

Couldn’t have had a better experience buying my wedding suit with Aaron helping out. Great prices, amazing customer service. Wouldn’t have been able to do it without ya. Just knew exactly what to wear, what sizes, and what colour matches to go with. Didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, and felt it was all about what we wanted. 10/10 recommend this store for suit needs. Thanks again!
