Mona consignment has to be hands down my favourite consignment shop in Victoria. The owner and staff always pick out the best items to sell at their shop and I have to say some of my favourite clothing items has come from this store. The staff are always attentive and help guided me into trying items that I typically wouldn’t go for and I end up always loving it. I will always be a supporter of this business and would definitely recommend to everyone I know!!!

The clothes are well curated but the owner is incredibly condescending and rude. I wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone.

What a FANTASTIC shop! I'm a local and always looking for the next best thrift spot and this boutique just might be it! Particular highlights include: the immense supply of big brand jeans, reasonably priced Aritzia, and an adorable shop dog to greet you at the door. What more could you ask for?? I will definitely be back! <3

I had a great experience at this store. I tend to get overwhelmed with choice and the owner was very helpful in suggesting items and helping me build a fun and exciting work and party wardrobe. While paying, she found stains on a blazer that neither of us noticed before that didn’t look like they would come out. She didn’t want to sell me something damaged and I appreciated her honesty!

Every time I'm in town, I try to visit this consignment store. Staff are incredibly friendly and I always end up having fantastic conversations with each one while shopping AND leave with some wonderful finds. It's my favorite spot in town!

My fave consignment shop! Mona is one of my favourite stores to shop at, I tell anyone I know to check it out. I love the small boutique feel and the quality items they always have in. It's a must visit!

I love coming to this consignment shop. I was in again today, and could have spent hours just chatting with the owner. The shop has beautiful clothes, and I always feel welcomed. I am pretty sure most of the reviews must be from friends and family. The owner is very unpleasant. My best friend and I visited this store, the older woman (which assume is the owner) didn't even bother to acknowledge our presence, she was busy on her cell phone chatting and laughing. We though was a boutique, (because she sells new candles ) then we realized by looking at the merchandise that it was a second hand shop. I made the comment to my other friend who lives close by and she said: DON'T go there, the owner is awful!.

I was looking forward to going to this shop after watching all their IG posts. I hesitate to post a review that is contrary to all the others however my experience left a bad taste in my mouth.The young woman working was clearly not the owner of the store. She barely managed a "hello"and although there was no one else in the store to assist, she did not even attempt to help me. I was left with the impression that I was not a suitable shopper for their store. I will not be returning and will not be recommending. I will say, the clothes are lovely and the store is organized well.

I LOVE shopping here!!! This store has great finds and is clean and nicely organized! I always have a great time browsing and usually leave with a few items....(which is an understatement :)) The owners are kind, fun and are great at showing me designs that suit me.

If there is a place in Victoria where you can find casual, trendy or elegant, Mona is where you want to go. Affordable, designer clothing .. dress up or just hang out, I never leave empty handed and always with a smile.

As a consignment store owner, I think MONA is fabulous! Very well organized, clean and great customer service. I love my Burberry shoes I purchased at the store.

This is a nice little consignment store with lots of great pieces, however my excitement wore off quickly as there are very few pieces in the L/XL size range. I saw lots of things I liked, but little in my size. Quite disappointing, as L-XL isn't even technically "plus size".
