Momease boutique is a fantastic store. Not only are the products great, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and the meet up space has brought my kids so much joy over the years. I love going there and supporting a local business.

Inventory listed online as available in store is not what is available in store. Make sure you phone ahead if you are making a trip for anything specific.

The store has all the items the problem is the customer service. They are not willing to work with people on returns at all. We bought a mushroom light that says Red Mushroom light on the package. The light in fact was a white light with a red top. The hope was a red light for night time feeding because it is easier on the eyes adjusting. The packaging was miss leading. They emailed the receipt that has 14 day return policy on m fine print and we returned the light in 20 days. We were not even looking for a refund credit would have worked as we needed breast milk bags instead. The person at the front told us that the owner is very stick about this stuff and refused. We have a 1 month old and finding time isn’t easy. What is easy is allowing some leniency of 6 days to your policy. This same day we went to TJ Kids as spent $200 on products that we would have purchased at Momease.
This also isn’t the first time I’ve seen this. We were looking for a car seat and another customer tried to return some items and was meet with a defensive attitude. I told my wife I didn’t like the way they dealt with customers so the car seat was also bought from TJ Kids. Another $500 spent somewhere that customer service is more of a priority.
I’m sure dealing with returns can be hard and I understand if it was a pacifier or something that is sensitive to contamination. This was unreasonable and the reason we bought it was due to a misleading packaging. (Also something that could have been understood)
Our business will be moved to TJ Kids.

I cannot say enough good things about Momease, Lyra and the team that works there. They have helped us navigate through 3 pregnancies, broken strollers (when I backed over ours ?) and always found a way to make our experience the best in terms of kids stores in Victoria.

I was super happy to see that Momease sells Peapod mats. I live out of Victoria but I was in the area so I placed an online order. The item was ready to pick up very shortly after and held for me to pick up several days later. Such an easy process and great selection of items!

Momease is a great little shop with so many cute, and practical products. They also have an amazing little play area at the back for a low fee, that includes a climbing structure and slide, a play kitchen, books, toys, and a changing room. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Momease has always been my first choice and in my opinion, the best shop for all things baby and children.I love the experience of shopping with supportive, knowledgeable staff.We have just discovered the meetup and it is my newest favourite place!The Meetup offers such a wonderful space for littles to unwind, connect, and explore! The equipment and activities are all modern, clean, and innovative, to let their imaginations run wild!We LOVED dressing up and serving meals! Thanks for the welcoming and engaging space!
