First and last visit, no idea how this place is in business.Ordered 4 items online, 1 item supposedly in stock wasn't when I went to pick up. Another item I should have checked because they substituted it for some other vaguely similar item.Finally, the quality is not any better than frozen meals you get at Wallmart or Saveon, yet almost twice the price. It must have been a lot cheaper and a lot better quality years ago when those old reviews were posted.

Horrible customer service experience from the man (Abhijit) working at the front desk. As I came into the store I witnessed him being rude to another customer because they hadn't loaded deals into their account and he was inconvenienced by having to do a refund and re-ring things through. The customer looked uncomfortable with his response. When it was my turn, he noticed I had a rain check and immediately got irritated because its "a process". We finished the order and he explained the rain check was applied across multiple items on my receipt but he assured me the value was correct. In my vehicle I added up the discount he applied and it was indeed incorrect, so when I went back in a young woman was helping me when he stormed out from the back already saying "I gave you $20 off what's the issue" but I explained the rain check value should have been $22. He starts muttering under his breath and the says "you know its too much of a hassle to re-do this order so here is $2 from the cash register", tosses it on the counter and walks to the back again still muttering something rude under his breath. I left feeling like I had done something wrong when it was his own negligence that led to the error in the first place. I'd suggest he brush up on customer service skills before letting him deal with customers again in the future. Kudos to the young woman that was there because she was extremely friendly and helpful - she is the reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1.

A lot of their items are very high in sodium not good if you are trying to control your blood pressure

Floor is unsafe. .. careful. Been in a few times and the same spot is always covered in water .. thinking of contacting WorkSafe BC as this is a safety hazard

I expected this place to be bigger, as it claims to be a food market… and 90% of items are behind the counter, or need to be ordered?? Very confusing. Never been, bought 2 things and won’t be back. I don’t think I saw a blurb on their website.. I just went to explore what they had. And it’s. ALL. Frozen.. idk how they stay alive. I’ll check back on the site to maybe give them a better chance.
