Colin was beyond amazing. I have never had that outstanding level of care and customer service ever in any store. He is by far my favorite sales person I have ever dealt with. Don’t let this guy go. He took care of the two of us so well. Thank you for top notch service. I wish I lived here to be able to deal with him again instead of just visiting here.

Colin at the Mayfair location is a gem. I was looking for a gift for my mom. He carefully listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions accordingly. He was so knowledgeable and sweet. Found exactly what I was looking for. I just experienced the best customer service there. Also, the person at the checkout was super lovely. The whole experience was just amazing.

I have been visiting this location for 6 years, & love to pop in every once in a while to get a bath treat or top up on skin care products.I visited today, in a bit of a rush to beat after school traffic, but kept that to myself. The employees were all helping customers, so I did my usual shop, trusting it wouldnt be long before it is my turn.When a staff member was a available, they came over, & addressed that they had noticed me doing my rounds, and wanting to see if I needed any assistance. I actually did have some questions comparing different masks.I was helped by Colin, who was very attentive, understood my skin care needs, and provided a hands on comparison of the products I was curious about.Lush training involves these hands on application and effleurage techniques, but in my experience is a rare moon that employees will slow time to treat customers with the experience.Colin's energy was very present & calming. I did not feel the need to project my hurry, because the customer care was an 11/10.

Colin at the Mayfair Lush store was amazing. So engaging and helpful. Felt like I had made a new best friend. We had a lovely conversation around the products, he demonstrated some of the products he recommended for me and wasn't in a rush to make a sale or move me along even though the store was getting busy! Appreciated his time and his product savvy. Thank you Colin.

I went in not knowing what I wanted but knowing I needed something to lift my spirits. Colin immediately greeted us with a wonderful energy and kindness. He was so helpful and asked engaging questions to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I was even spoiled with a lovely hand mask with a new product (which I’ve fallen in love with). It was so neat to learn more about Lush and the way they give back and deliver incredible and ethical products. Colin was not only knowledgeable and helpful but his spirit brought some much needed joy into my day. ?

Emilia and Nora made my shopping experience a BREEZE!!!! I not once felt rushed, and they showed me such a variety of products until I found what I needed that fit my skin type. They were kind, curteous, explained everything and were so lovely. I hope I get to see them every time I come!

Every time I go to lush I am met with the most knowledgeable, kind and vibrant employees.Yesterday I was in and the person on staff helped me pick out bath bombs for my son for Easter. They knew so much about the colour theory, scents used in the products, company history and even educated us on where lush came from!Huge shout out to this employee for loving what you do so much that it rubs off on others! Highly highly recommend the company, the products and the Mayfair location :)

First time back since they opened in Mayfair and got help from BronywnShe did amazing with her suggestions to help with my long dry hair.I will be returning to get more “honey I washed the kids shampoo bar and the veganese conditioner and the curl power hair cream.Thank you!
