I recently went to LD at Saanich Centre to look at wireless earbuds. Harrison, who works in that department, came to ask me if I needed any help. I had no idea what I wanted and Harrison was so incredibly helpful. He was knowledgeable and took his time and explained different options. He asked all the right questions and provided such great customer service. I ended up buying a pair of Skullcandy earbuds that I am happy with. Thank you, Harrison for such a pleasant experience at LD. You are a gem!

Me and my family took passport photos there and the lady staff taking our photos was being rude and was rushing us the whole time, we didn’t get to retake the first horrible photos taken because we felt like we were being pressured taking her time when there wasn’t even a customer waiting for us to be done. This happened on the 12th of August around 16:00.

Had a very frustrating experience with their photo department. They initially called and told us the pictures were ready for pickup. Then when we arrived they couldn't find them. We were told they would look and call us the next day. They never did. When we reached out a couple days later, the staff we spoke to had no idea about our lost pictures, and they hadn't even been looking. Again we were told they would find them and call back. Unfortunately we needed them the next day as they were a gift for a birthday, the party being today. When we never heard back we contacted a different location and had our pictures printed, and have picked them up already, only for the staff to reach out now and advise they had reprinted the pictures without consulting us. We advised we would pick them up as we did not trust they would dispose of them correctly (I have had multiple friends work at this exact location in their photo department and have heard numerous stories of staff sharing customers private photos). We were told this is not possible and frankly treated horribly by both the initial supervisor and then the manager we were passed on to. Zero accountability for their repeated mistakes. Definitely won't be using this location again. We grew up in this neighborhood and have been loyal customers for decades.

The service is terrible, the employees are not trained to be polite to the customer, they do not provide any assistance. And in general, as an immigrant with a low level of English, I was deceived. For the manager's help in understanding this situation, I received an answer that this is a normal process, and in general they spent more working time on me than on others, they had to push me away longer. When I looked at this site with the rating and evaluation of the work of this department of London Drugs, I understood everything. The rating here is low and unfortunately I am not one of the customers who received terrible service. By the way, the issue is not resolved! Any apologies, I did not receive! I cannot recommend this store to visitors. I advise this company to review the organization of work. Because you lose a lot of customers. Personally, I do not plan to visit this store again.

On Friday I went to buy a phone here and the staff were super busy and trying to be kind. This FRED guy who works there was wondering around doing nothing and snapped at me when I asked him for some assistance after being patience for 45 minutes. He is self righteous in my opinion. He should not be in customer service.
Tonight I went back to return the phone because it didn't work and the manager came out to help and he was great.

Slowest, most disorganized pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of visiting recently. It has been my neighbourhood pharmacy on and off for many years. Was told to come in and speak to a pharmacist to get my drugs faster. Ended up standing in the pharmacy drop off line for over an hour, after waiting in the pick up line for 20 minutes. The phone staff can’t communicate effectively, and there is no system in place to organize patients. Pretty grim seeing half a dozen seniors standing for ages with poor service. Appalling really.

London Drugs the go-to store for almost anything. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Online shopping is easy to navigate, pay, and pick up along with delivery options. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointed by the way that the pharmacy staff chooses to conduct themselves. They are all extremely unhelpful, rude and do not seem to know how to properly communicate with their customers. I am normally not one to write a review but the last 4 prescription refills I have done through this pharmacy have been complicated and I have been faced with unnecessary hostility from the staff. The behaviour is completely unprofessional and while I have stayed at this location due to convenience as I live close by, but I am afraid I will have to switch pharmacists if these areas do not improve. No excuse for treating your customers this poorly (even if your system crashes).

It took me 6 calls to cancel my online-order. The order was made on London Drug's website during the cyber attack, but London Drug's did not bother to stop customers from placing web order or warning them of information security risk. No annoucement of store closure on their official website either. They only make that announcement in their facebook site. But does everyone use facebook?
My last call to this location was replied by an employee who was not welling to work and very rude. Even though my place is not far from this store, I will avoid purchase from this store as much as possible from now on.

I have dealt with this location and Pharmacy for prescription medications and bought lots of other items in store for 15 years, but will not support this store the customer service especially the pharmacy is really bad, I will take my business elsewhere

I've shopped at this location for thirty years and purchased computers there for business and personal use for 25 years. Their computer department is excellent and what I particularly like about it is how they stand behind their equipment with a superb repair shop and sales guarantees. Long time computer department employee Mike is someone I trust.
