Don’t go to this location or any London drug for that matter . They are unable to fill prescriptions in a reasonable time. Anything faxed from a doctors office won’t be ready the same day. The guy ahead of me said staff told him his prescription would be ready in an hour and a half. He came back 9 hours later and it still wasn’t ready. The wait to pick up is over 30 minutes. Only one person working on pick up with 6 people waiting. Very poor service

Hard to hear pharmacists in the loud store with a plastic covid screen blocking them off. They also don't file your prescriptions unless you take an extra trip and physically go to the store and tell them to.

They always have everything I am looking for and the staff are so awesome and take time to help and the store is so clean. The pharmacy staff really care about the community. I am lucky to live close enough to come here often. Hidden gem of Esquimalt ♡

Had an issue with an online order and it was handled very professionally and quickly when I called directly. After speaking with Ryan over the phone, I can tell that the staff here treat their customers with a lot of respect and take concerns very seriously.

Put an order through at the photo lab which never was processed. Called the store this morning wondering where my photos were and the guy who helped me first hung up the phone accidentally, then was virtually useless in finding or assisting me to find said/lost photos. I'm so glad I moved pharmacies when London Drugs got hit so I don't have to support this nonsense ever again.

Showed up at 8:40pm to get a passport photo taken, and the associate said that he already turned the computer off for the night, so he couldn’t take a photo.
He refused to turn the computer back on. If the store is open, do not turn your equipment off. Horrible customer service.

I had the best customer experience at this photo lab last week. I ordered a product online and it didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. Brenda was incredibly helpful with suggestions to create something that would look better and Igor tried printing at different darkness to find the best look. After a couple trials, I was thrilled with the end result and so thankful that they were happy to work with me until I was completely satisfied!

Had a great customer service, after I met the manager and the staff were standing there asking me who I talked to/what was their name’s. Me- “ I have no idea, I have a ref number, my receipt and let’s see what your computer says”. Then the manager was walking out the door ready to leave for the day, came over asking if it was the Skywoth TV return and told the guy to start looking for a replacement. Went to get the tv, hung around to make sure everything was ok and then he went to help another customer. thank you.

The store was clean and nicely organized but I needed assistance at the self check out and watched Devon, the self checkout attendant click away my help notification on her portable device and continue to text on her personal pink iPhone, while I stood there waiting to pay. She spent enough time on her phone I considered walking away from my purchase because I could not go any further without her help, but there was no way to cancel my transaction. There was also two attendants at the customer service desk who stood there chatting about London Drugs shorting their hours and their second remote jobs, customer free, while Devon texted and I continued to wait.
