Mr. Derek, thank you so much for helping me with my prescription today! Also thanks to the lady who took my call yesterday and transferred my profile from Shoppers to here. Everyone at this location is super helpful. I never wanna deal with pharmacists at Shoppers locations again, and I highly recommend people come here and get their meds. Thank you guys so much!!!!!!

Worst experience during shopping for Uber .
I was at the self-check out . And the receipt didn’t print , because they didn’t have paper in them, but i needed it for Uber customer.there was no person in the self- checkout so I went to customer service and waited but they said “ i can’t help you with that , but she can “ so i went to her and she said wait 15-20mins to reprint? And It took 20mins to reprint. Like for real . Shopped for 10mins and waited for receipt like 25mins

I always have the best customer experience at the Canada Post for this location. The dark haired woman that works there always has a kind demeanour, is super efficient at her job, and always eager to help out where she can. The electronics staff in my opinion has always been super helpful too. Thank you!!

Do not use this pharmacy . You will never get medications on time , and there will be issues every time, along with attitude from the pharmacists. the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Would give zero stars if possible

I will never go to London Drugs on Yates to repair any of my electronics. I needed my airpods fixed from the water damage, and I have an apple care that covers all the fixing expenses. The worker that helped me couldn’t confirm that I have apple care and I had to ask him multiple times to do something because I indeed had it ( I showed the warranty to the worker on my iphone) He looked upset, but after all he identifies my warranty and then I was required to pay 40 dollar fee (tried to ask for what, didn’t get the answer). Couple days later I came to pick up my airpods and I paid another $10 on top, but the same worker proceed to make a refund for those $40 I paid before, but I haven’t received the refund. Not only that, but my airpods weren’t fixed properly and still had issues. I got my refund later from another worker. It was terrible experience. I am not sure about the name of the first worker, but he looked asian. I went to ReStart shop and they confirmed that my “fixed” airpods still had issues that London Drugs didn’t fix. (One airpod was quieter than another, what I mentioned at my first visit to London Drugs). And I had them both replaced for free there.

Oh dear, the cashier (London drugs on yates) who is a tall, skinny elderly lady with pulled white hair is execrably friendly!
It's a shame that she is in contact with customers! In addition to the fact that she is not smiling, she is not polite and does not try at all to satisfy the customer, the less she does the better she is, I think it is time for her to retire and do yoga to relax! With mindfulness, she can perhaps also realize that she is not cut out for this job!

I had the best experience at the Yates St London Drugs earlier today. I wanted to buy an air fryer that was on sale, but as I'd be walking a fair distance, wasn't sure how I'd get the big box home. A young sales associate stopped what she was doing to assist. She informed me I could take the product and leave the packaging behind. She carried the item to customer service, where she set to work opening the box and removing all the packaging foam, etc. Then managed to squeeze it into my shopping bag for me. I was surprised and happy to have her help, all with a smile. I give that young woman 5 stars and 2 thumbs up for making my day.

Wonderful service, approach, atmosphere, they can work under pressure and still smiling. They make sure the medication is right dose, they go above and beyond. I have been having using the pharmacy service for the last 4 years, but I have nothing to complain about. Thank you,

London drugs is an iconic store here in Canada. I speak for many Canadians who are so glad you are part of our shopping landscape. My heart goes out to everyone involved in the ridiculous cyber attack. Thanks for handling it was such grace and professionalism. Can't wait to see you back in action. Somewhat irritating how all the Punjabi staff don't speak English between themselves when u obviously don't speak Punjabi but they're nice, besides what they may be saying about you, and the deals and customer service are good. Supposedly treat their employees well ntm
