I appreciate almost everything about my interactions with Leon’. My couch is still sitting atop my Subaru so I haven’t unpacked it yet, but from what I can see, it looks quite beautiful- service and communication was uniformly helpful and smooth. My only issue is the fact that the couch could not be delivered directly to my residence and I had to drive 62 kilometres south to pick it up (maybe I missed the fine print.)

I needed to buy several articles of furniture, so I began by reading the online reviews of Leon's Furniture in Victoria. While doing this, I noticed several reviewers had written that they were pleased by the service they had received from Srima, one of the sales staff, so when I went into the store, I made sure to meet her and outline to her my needs and budget. I found she had excellent product knowledge as well as customer service skills, and in one afternoon she helped me find all the items I required. Later on, as we communicated by phone and text about delivery dates as well as a minor change I wanted to make to my order, Srima was prompt to reply and give me the necessary information. She made my shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable. I recommend Leon's and Srima for anyone looking for comfortable furniture and reasonable prices.

The dining room table we bought was damaged when it arrived. We took pictures in to the store and they started the process to replace the table right away and without any hassle. Thank you for the great customer service.

The shopping and delivery experience was great, but it took longer to arrive than the 10-12 weeks I was told at the time of putchase. Great delivery tracking system and
polite drivers. My dog is happy to break it in :)

While there was a long wait it was worth it! The sofa bed is beautiful. The delivery team was fantastic! They were prompt, efficient and took their time to wash their hands before unwrapping the oatmeal covered sofa. They were both also very polite! Thanks Leon’s!

We got a great deal on an awesome couch, fabulous customer service from Aziz at the Victoria location and a speedy, efficient delivery! Our delivery people wore booties to keep our carpets clean and were very careful not to damage the couch or our walls through the tight squeeze of our entryway. 10/10 would recommend, would go back to Leon’s in a heartbeat!
