I got an offer I couldn't refuse and had to cancel the juce account I've had for years. Juce has always been great. Someone useful answers the phone the rare occasions I've called, which is not the case for any other ISP. However, the biggest thing for me is how someone treats you when you stop being a customer. I called today, they authenticated me, I told them I'd like to cancel, they said "when", I said "now", they said "no problem, thank you". There is no other ISP that will do that. Thanks for the great service!

Juce is the best :) I’m in a small town/semi-rural, never had any issues, internet works great & fast. I’ve had it for 2+ years. Awesome customer service :)

I’ve been using Juce for quite a few years now, I haven’t had any issues, great constant service. They didn’t try to upsell me when I signed up -but they wanted to be very clear and double check if I worked from or not as the plan I was choosing wouldn’t cover me - I was very thankful for the probing questions to make sure I was put on the right plan. I called in on a Monday, and was up and running by Wednesday of the the same week - modem was couriered right to my door. I sent an email Wednesday evening as I had a question about getting setup, and Nick literally called me back within the hour, even though it was late, this was a pleasant surprise as I did not expect a call back til the next business day. Nick was patient and professional, I’m so happy with my Juce Internet and you can’t beat the price!! Totally recommend this excellent local company.

If you actually rely on your internet, DO NOT go with this company!We've (account is under my partner's name, Cristian Varvari) had constant issues since moving & starting with Juce. Even after them sending out a technician to fix line issues, we are unable to take calls which is a big issue as we work from home.Have been trying to call their customer service for the last hour & never get through, not do I receive a call back. Genuinely convinced a lot of the rave reviews about their service must be fake or from employees (notice how their review for Juve is the only review they have given by most profiles who give 5 stars - super sketchy). The last customer service person we spoke to literally said he would likely recommend we go with a different provider because of the issues we've been having.Just had to take a work call by hotspotting my laptop via my mobile data - so I'm really not sure what we are paying for with Juce. Terrible quality internet and ineffective customer service.

I don't write many reviews but have been super impressed with Juce's customer service, internet service, internet speed options and prices. I'll be with them for the long-haul.

I used them for years with no issues, but when there finally an issue it took weeks to months to resolve. Customer service is very friendly but there is not much that they can actually do as they rely heavily on Shaw.

Amazing customer service. When I call, they pick up the phone right away, and I get to speak with very knowledgeable people who solved my problem that I would never be able to figure out on my own. Price is great.

I used Juce in Victoria/BC for just over an year. The service was a bit expensive (for a 310Mbps around $100 before taxes) but I thought it was reliable enough (only got a couple of outages over the an year) and since I have already bought their modem and I have everything setup I decided to give them I call to ask If I could move my connection to the new place I was moving in Vancouver/BC.And this was probably one of the worst customer service/sales call I have ever seen. For some reason the attendant just don't want me to continue with Juce, he was not interested on understanding what I was saying, he was not interested to help or even to treat me as a customer. I described a bit of the conversation below, but just to let you know beforehand I don't recommend the service.TLDR;To sum up, the attendant told me that it was impossible to know if the internet could be connected at the new place (and didn't offer any other way to check that, so I don't even know what I am supposed to do then). To help, I told him that I know that there are people in the building using Telus and Shaw (and since Juce uses Shaw I was hopping to settle that), but he got completely lost, he told me to call Telus and Shaw if I want any kind of guarantee, he also accused Telus of disconnecting other providers in buildings so he got really out of the track and I had to remind him a few times that I was a customer trying to keep the service ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. At some point the things got so weird that I told him that I was not interested in the service any more and that I would be looking for another internet provider. Just ridiculous!

By far the worst Internet provider I've ever had. Signal kept dropping I'm unable to do work and all people keep doing is apologizing. I don't need an apology I need an Internet provider who can provide me with the service I pay for. Now I'm pretty sure they're going to send me a bill for a month where I did not have consistent Internet service. I should just gone with Someone else

Being with Juce for 3 years now, rock solid connection, no complaints. I had an issue with one laptop not working properly, not a Juce issue, but the agent on the phone went above and beyond to help me.
