While in the Harbor Air lobby in Victoria, I noticed two rugs I really liked with a First Nations pattern. I flipped up the corner and saw that the rug was from Jordans. I called Emma at Jordans in Victoria and she was extremely helpful in finding the exact rugs with the help of a photo I sent ,and then identifying the sizes and stores where these rugs were available. I am so thrilled and the rugs were actually on sale as well. Thanks, Emma!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jordans interiors , and I was thoroughly impressed with the assistance provided by Supritha chintha .From the moment I walked in, they greeted me warmly and were eager to help with my furniture needs.
Supritha displayed extensive knowledge of the products and was patient and attentive as they guided me through various options that fit my requirements and budget. She answered all my questions and provided valuable insights, which made my decision-making process much easier.

Thank you Emma (and the carpet serger). I wanted a unique size of carpet for my bedroom and so cutting and serging would be required. i’d actually purchased one at Jordan’s in Surrey, but came into Jordan’s in Victoria to arrange the alterations as it’s more convenient to my home. Emma took her time in working out the cut/size with me. She phoned me twice after consulting with the serger to validate some details. It was ready when expected. I’d been trying to find the right solution for a couple years. And i finally have a beautiful carpet in the bedroom, without compromising on the size. Wishing i’d come into Emma’s location long ago. .
