The manager of this dealership picked up my phone call today and was speaking very rude and with attitude, right off the start of the phone call without any explanation. He transferred me to a sales person when I asked him to do so, I told him and even he brushed it off with a giggle.

TLDR; DO NOT TRUST JENNER WITH YOUR CORVETTE.
It's been nearly 1 year since I bought my 2021, c8, from Jenner. I still remember how excited I was. I started it up, strapped in, adjusted my seat, went to adjust the wheel and nothing. After being told the car was in perfect condition, I had already found a problem. Still sitting in the Jenner lot, I turned the car off and went back inside. Conveniently, everybody had already gone home for the day. I had just bought the car and already had to bring it in for a service. What the technicians thought would be a simple module replacement turned out to be a much larger job. I had to have my steering column replaced. I picked the car up and returned her to safety while I waited for the parts to come in. Eventually the steering column was replaced, which resolved the telescopic adjustment issue (my heated steering wheel was never fixed though - to this day)
A couple months pass. It's the winter and the car has only seen the road a couple times. One day I'm detailing my ride and I notice a small crack in the rear wheel well. As I investigate further, I can feel a crack on the bottom of the body, exactly in line with where one of the lifting points is on the car. There's no scratches or any other signs of damage just a crack. I couldn't fathom how this could have happened. I thought about the few times I had driven the car and what could have caused this. My only logical conclusion was that it had to have been caused by lifting the car and that could have only been one person. I didn't want to blame anybody without being sure so I did some Google searching and reached out to some friends in the auto industry. My presumptions were well aligned with others and that's when I felt it was fair to reach out to Jenner.
Originally, they denied all accountability. We went back and forth and eventually they agreed to reimburse me $500. I went to 3 different auto body shops for quotes. Each of them all reassuring me that the damage appeared as though it was from incorrect lifting. Eventually I had my car repaired at Wheaton. Surprise, surprise, they mentioned I wasn't the first c8 they had seen with this issue. They did a great job and their customer service was top notch. The bill was somewhere around $1,400.
To this day I have yet to hear back from Jenner about my heated steering wheel module or the floor mats I negotiated into the deal.

This dealership took advantage of someone with a disability. Jenner was only able to do so because of their disability and that makes me sick. This individual purchased a used vehicle late 2023 only to find a broken seat rail that twists the driver's seat towards centre. Since purchase it's only been driven about 15km. When they informed Jenner of the situation they were told someone would contact them to fix it by permanently securing the seat in place, as new parts are unavailable. At least 3 months have passed since and they've heard nothing.
A few weeks back I did a quick google search, finding the needed/discontinued used parts in under 10 minutes, for less than $100, so I printed the info off for them.
Today they brought in a letter containing some very good news that took months of hard work to achieve. The letter confirmed they're once again medically fit to drive but they seemed down by the good news. This when they told me about the latest phone call with Jenner. They said the lady at the dealership was rude and hung up on them. They explained to her that we'd tracked down the elusive parts for under $100 and that's when she told them "great, you fix it" and then hung up.
They then asked me to help find a UVIC student lawyer, as similar services had helped a family member in the past. I printed off the contact info for the law centre and gently nudged them to hear more of the ordeal.
They are a widower on a fixed income who saved up and by all accounts overpaid for the 2015 vehicle with 150k (IMO). They really want to get rid of the vehicle but can't drive it. Unfortunately, I had to tell them today that they probably won't be able to return it and selling it may result in the loss of several thousand dollars.
They were surprised I was willing to help them and I said it just sits really wrong with me that someone might take advantage of them that way.
After doing a bit more thinking this evening about the subject, I decided to make a post about it (I did get their permission first).
I'm no lawyer but this feels like it may be a human rights violation.
I've known this individual for about 18 months and they are an honest person with a caring soul n good heart. I'm very proud of their accomplishments over the past few months. Having watched so many others fail where they succeeded in overcoming tremendous obstacles only to get their good news crapped on by Jenner.
I'm not sure how much further I want to stick my nose into their affairs but this entire situation is just too much to not try to help. I am posting this to my facebook page as well with hopes that highlighting this may result in a better outcome.
Side note: I personally dealt with Jenner 2 years ago and was treated with complete respect and dignity. I placed a refundable deposit on a new EV they had coming but changed my mind and was promptly refunded my money. This only makes me more angry, as this individual has not been treated with respect and dignity. I really admire this individual's character and think they are being treated like a second class citizen with less rights.

I had a confusing experience here yesterday. I have all but settled on a different vehicle but decided to swing in and check out the Blazer and Equinox EVs before pulling the trigger.
The salesman didn't smile once and seemed utterly uninterested in talking to me and refused to answer my questions. I asked "what are the advantages of this car over the competitors? Mach E, Model Y etc."
This was his response: "I don't know about those, that's not really how I operate. It's all about, do you like the car? If you like the car, then great."
Lol what? How can you possibly sell vehicles without any knowledge of competitive products? Can you seriously not explain to me what advantages your product has over direct competitors?
It was confusing and I walked out of there convinced that they don't really want to sell cars which sucks, because both of them seem like nice vehicles.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new vehicle here. I highly recommend them. Fred was a huge help showing all off the options not just the most expensive ones and Austin was a pleasure to work with, answered any questions while waiting for delivery and even stayed late to deliver despite me running behind. They have a great selection and a beautiful dealership. Nicer than any of the dealers I visited on the mainland. Crystal in the finance department was also very easy to deal with and streamlined everything. No one ever tried to aggressively upsell extras or anything like that which was a pleasant surprise compared to most dealership.

we bought our Silverado brand new at Jenner in 2018. Since then the only positive was when they hired a couple female workers for garage customer service, who actually listen to you and make you feel like you're being taken seriously. Apart from that I've had mostly mixed, but lately a very bad experience with the service guy who already worked there when we bought the truck (I'm reluctant to say his name here):
We've always tried to treat our truck well so it treats us well and in that spirit we've gone with every recommendation Jenner suggested in terms of maintenance every time. I admit I should be on top of our trucks TLC schedule but (like many others I bet) I'm not. I was very frustrated when they told me a couple weeks ago that several major service intervals on fluids (diffs, transfer case, transmission) hadn't been serviced (at 50k, now its at 100k) and I'm wondering why Jenner bombards us with flyers and postcards in the mail about trading our truck in and buying brand new, but they are not able to notify us when an important service is due?
I mean, we've gone to countless oil and tire changes over the years so I thought they had a system for that. Their aggressive postal marketing is obviously advanced. Instead of trying to get customers to put themselves further into debt (buying new again) I wish they'd invest into their customer care department and hired someone, who actually CARES about customers. When our truck was done with the oil change (I've gotten used to the looong waits) they told me over $2k of service was (over)due. I asked if I could get a cost estimate sent with a note on what job has priority so I could split the bill in two, which the lady said the guy (who sort of runs the garage entrance) would take care of. By evening the promised email came in as an EMPTY email with a quote attached. Not even a "Hi... this is what we'd do first... blabla..." I really don't know what kept us coming here for so long.
We've transitioned to a smaller family owned outfit now, which earned our trust instantly today through their honesty and straight up way of communication.
Also, we are likely going to buy a new, bigger truck in a year or two, but it's going to be a Toyota now...

Excellent experience at Jenners from start to finish. My family has purchased a few cars from here beginning in 1984 and so during my search for a Chevy Bolt, I ended up here to check out a few different EV’s. I made stops at multiple competitors dealers and was astonished at how poor some sales staff were compared to Jenners.
Any vehicle I was interested in viewing closer, they had keys ready quickly and afterwards had all the Carfax/vehicle history reports neatly organized. The professionalism from the departments I dealt with was very good. Nobody was pushy, everyone was pleasant and extremely organized as well. A big thank you to Justin, Austin, Krystal and Tom!

Purchased a used Tesla for my Grandfather. There was a subtle issue with the car that only became noticeable after owning it a week. It seemed it was an oversight in the initial trade in inspection, that Jenner did. The service tech missed the issue when they took the car on trade. Jenner advised due to the proprietary nature of the car that Telsa would have to look at the issue. Tesla did and we were told it was a $4,000 repair. Jenner (Sales Manager Chris) did the right thing and offered to buy the car back from us at the price we bought it for 3 weeks earlier. Instantly. No stories about how we bought a used car and blah blah. No arguing, Just professional accountability. So yes this is a 5 star review for a car that we ultimately didn’t buy but I feel it’s important to bring good service to light. Even though the purchase didn’t work out, we were treated right every step of the way. They had full transparency and accountability. Every business is going to have issues from time to time. No business can be perfect. This dealership stands by what they sell, and more importantly when and if something goes wrong they make it right. I would totally buy a car here again.

We had, what we thought, some fairly straight forward issues with our brakes. Alex Aladro Segarra did a thorough inspection and finding some major issues, walked us through the repair work that was needed. He also found the most cost effective way for us to do the repairs and at the same time made sure that our vehicle was safe to drive. A very big thank you to Alex and the Jenner Team.

Take in a work truck for servicing pretty regularly and always have quick friendly service. They have a shuttle that will take you home or back to work while your vehicle is being serviced. The shuttle will also come pick you up when you're ready to get your vehicle. Overall great experience when I've gone here!

Very unhappy with the service received. We took our car in, had it check and repaired. Within 48 hours, we are now having more issues after being told everything was in the clear. When we called, we were told there was nothing they would do. Will not be returning to Jenner for service after this.
