Had an amazing experience moving in :) the staff are amazing - Brett showed me the place and helped me get moved in so quickly, and Krista was so welcoming on my first day in the building! Lots of space, bright apartment and lovely neighbour hood. Thank you capreit!

Completely gone downhill. Property managers don't care. Nice area, its convenient but Capreit is just such a horrible company. Trust me you will regret living here. I do.

I have been a tenant of unit 425 Simcoe Street for 8+ years. Things that I've seen in the building in the past year since the new landlords took over include:-Strange gooey substance on the service elevator ceiling for over a year now-Asbestos positive construction with no warning throughout the building-Constant water, heat, and hydro interruptions with no compensation and constant excuses- The pool and sauna have been inoperable for over a year now with no compensation10/10 do not recommend living here, they lure you in with the facade of luxury then treat you like an inconvenience.Edit: not only is there no compensation but they continue to raise rent per January 2023. We are simply money to this company.
