Why can’t you put the prices on your goods? I’ve bought there few things a few times, their reciepts don’t show how much they’re and the money I paid was more than what I was told. I don’t know if this is scamming or stealing from people. Putting prices on your goods doesn’t hurt, it gives us an idea of how much we will pay.Also, please give good customer care and reduce being on the phone. Just because you are the only one on this island doesn’t mean you have to give a bad service to your customers. From now on me and a few friends of mine have decided to be going to shop from Vancouver instead.

I recently visited this store for the first time and unfortunately had a rather disappointing experience. The lady at the counter gave a less-than-friendly welcome, making me feel like an unwanted guest.To add to the frustration, she was on a personal call the entire time, using a hands-free device. It took a while to realize she wasn't responding to my inquiries because of the ongoing conversation. Not the kind of service you expect when you're trying to shop.The store layout is cramped, offering little space for easy movement. Additionally, there were no price tags on items, making it inconvenient for customers who had to either guess the prices or repeatedly ask the counter attendant, who seemed more interested in her personal call than assisting customers.Overall, a disappointing experience. Hoping management addresses these issues to improve customer satisfaction.

Only game in town. The store is VERY small, which makes it congested. I'm happy for them, though. Need a larger variety of crochet hair. Straight and kinky crochet hair selections would be great. The owner was very attentive, nice, and kind. Nice neighborhood. Color 44, please.

I bought a shirt here for the birthday of a friend of mine who is an immigrant from Haiti and is very proud of his African roots. The lady at the store was helpful in choosing out a beautiful handmade shirt from Nigeria. I am very impressed by the excellent clothing in this store and will soon be coming back to buy stuff for myself as well as other people.

Good variety of African products and wigs. The customer service is good, and also it is possible to find original African clothes and textiles, there are African hair and skin products as well. Overall, it's a nice place

A small African treasure store that has literally everything to remind you of your African home. I recently bought Zomi (palm but oil) which is a favorite for making some sauces from my father's hometown in the Volta region of Ghana. It reminded me of coming with my grandma❤️❤️

I got this (expensive) tuber of yam from the store and was really looking forward to dinner. I got home and that was the state of the yam in the picture.I called the following day to see how they could make up for such a massive flaw and they flat out said there is no refund/compensation of any kind smh. Mexican house of spice would never do such to customers, I was just trying to patronize but I know better now…
