Was really dark inside. Broken/dirty kiosks for looking up books. Lots of half fixed walls. And it looked like spray paint along the shelves in the teen section. They did have the book I wanted though.

Wouldn’t let us out the store, locked the door on us as we where trying to leave and told us we had to exit a different way that made us miss our bus. Very rude and dismissed us when we asked why.

This is so sad. This store could be wonderful, instead it’s so terribly mismanaged and understaffed.
There are like 100 people in line and only two cashiers.
Phones in every corner of the store ring constantly while you try to browse.
Zero staff, and the self-use search kiosks are all busted.
Most departments are a complete mess.
Such a shame!

Excellent book selection of all sorts of books plus lots of other types of items for yourself or as gifts. Friendly and helpful staff. Easily accessed by bus and large parking facilities for shopping in a mall with lots of other stores.

I didn't find the staff helpful. Showed they had things in stock that were not. The computer to look for locations of books was down.
