The Cordova Bay IDA is great! Very professional and friendly. They are very efficient and well organized and they have helped me many times. I practiced medicine as a family doctor in Victoria for many years and I appreciate their efficiency and professionalism. They really go the extra mile in making sure that you get what you need, when you need it! I also like that its a local pharmacy they get to know you. Can't say enough good things about Zahra and the staff at CBIDA!

I highly recommend Cordova Bay Pharmacy. Living with MS I've had to both take and experiment with a variety of meds. The folks at CBay pharmacy are reliable, responsive and handle you with care and attention. For example, I got a call from pharmacist Sarah after dropping off a prescription I received from the ER doctor. She indicated that she would not be able to fill the prescription as the antibiotic prescribed combined with my other meds would likely kill me. Evidently the ER doc did not pay careful attention to the others meds I was taking. Thank goodness Sarah did. Not to be over dramatic but Sarah's attention to detail saved my life.

This is small community pharmacy which is extremely well run and the staff are very accommodating and the pharmacists are excellent. There is post office on site and they also carry some nice accessories. Parking is easy.

Excellent personal service; quick turnaround on prescriptions; lovely shop to just go in and browse; interesting items in the cosmetics & body care department! The flu shot sign up was so efficient - I got my shot within 2 days of their batch arriving. Zahra, the owner, is the best!

I have never experienced such incredible service and care from any other pharmacy. Zahra and all her staff are so professional and helpful. They take the time to advise and coach you. They are also proactive in helping my senior Mom ensure she always has a supply of her prescription medications before she runs out. A top notch, knowledgeable, and compassionate community pharmacy with a big heart. I highly recommend Zahra and her team!

This is a wonderful community resource. The pharmacy staff are so knowledgable, the post office staff are efficient and helpful, and the general staff are friendly. The store has an interesting and changing collection of things, including seasonal items and small gifts. It gives our community a bit of a service hub. Love that it is locally owned and operated.

This place is a great, locally owned and operated pharmacy! The location is very convenient and the staff are excellent - they're very knowledgeable, solutions-oriented, and always ready, willing and able to help. It also has a post office, if that's what you're looking for.
